Walking into the first quarter of life felt like reaching a crossroad, overwhelmed by the multitude of societal expectations.

Everyone around me started looking at life with higher discernment, constantly wondering what is “the purpose of life”. For some reason, we always associate the purposes of life with certain achievements. A better job, a bigger house, a higher pay. And when we think about achievements we always think “big effort”, “drastic changes”.
Some of us will feel lost at this point of life, when the desire to bring about changes doesn’t match up with the effort we put in.

But we often forgotten that changes can be really simple. To change that soda that comes with your meal to a glass of plain water. To add an extra day of workout in your week. To change the way you think about yourself as a person who is “not good enough” to someone who “has infinite potential”. To change ourselves into individuals with better energies.

Small efforts as such will definitely cast a butterfly effect on our future, whether we are able to envisage it now or not. Try to bring small changes into your daily decisions & mentality, and positive changes shall be brought into your life! 💪🏻

After cooking red beans in an enamel pot, the color stained badly…

You don't want to damage the pot by cleaning it with a scrubbing brush but just take time and clean it with baking soda! Stains will come off easily :)

1. Mix 3 tablespoons of baking soda per 1000ml (quart) of water.
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stop the heat, leave to cool, dump, and wash as usual.

Repeat the steps if the stains didn't come off on the first try.

Cloud can pretty much take care of himself, so you're better off controlling Aerith to run up her ATB bars as quickly as possible; the more Fire or Fira spells you can cast on Shiva, the faster you'll manage to stagger her. Make use of Aerith's Arcane Ward ability, which automatically makes you cast two spells for every ATB bar you spend, to maximize your damage. A good Fire spell will knock Shiva to the ground, offering Cloud a chance to lay down some melee attacks. Make sure you're not too close when she gets back up, though, because she'll use the Icicle Impact area attack spell around her when she's back on her feet.
You'll want to keep laying down spells on Shiva while working to keep Aerith alive. You'll need to be on top of dodging her attacks to stay clear of incoming danger, which include Blizzara spells that Shiva will shoot your way and a bunch of ice crystals to shoot at you in a group. Dodging the ice crystals attack is a losing battle because there are so many of them, so guard against it and power through.
