RESEPI NASI ARAB POWER!!!!
Bahan untuk nasi:
2 1/2 cawan beras basmathi ~ cuci dan rendam 1/2 jam
4 cawan air rebusan ayam ~ sukatan air ikut beras masing2
garam secukup rasa
2 sb minyak sapi
pewarna kuning dan oren
Bahan yg disangai dan dikisar kering:
1/2 sm jintan manis
1/2 sm jintan putih
1/2 sm bunga cengkih
1/2 sm lada hitam
1/2 sm biji ketumbar
1/2 sm buah pelaga
Bahan untuk ditumis:
1 biji bawang besar ~ dihiris halus
3 ulas bawang putih ~ dihiris halus
buah pelaga
kayu manis
bunga lawang
Caranya:
1. Panaskan minyak sapi dalam kuali, masukkan bahan tumis. Tumis hingga kekuningan.
2. Masukkan bahan yg dikisar, gaul sebati.
3. Masukkan beras yg telah ditoskan, goreng sekejap hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan dalam rice cooker, masuk air rebusan ayam, garam dan masak seperti biasa.
5. Bila dah kering, letak pewarna di atas nasi, jangan dikacau, nanti nasi hancur.
6. Bila nak dihidangkan, baru gaul nasi, biar bercampur warna.
Resepi Ayam:
( saya settlekan yg ni dulu, perap....kemudian baru masak nasi)
1 ekor ayam ~ saya belah 4, dikelar2 bahagian dada kemudian direbus untuk mendapatkan stok ayam.
garam dan gula secukupnya
Bahan dikisar:
3 in halia
2 biji kunyit hidup ~ guna yg serbuk pun ok
1 sm jintan manis
1 sm jintan putih
2 sm ketumbar
1 sm buah pelaga
1 biji bawang besar
6 ulas bawang putih
Caranya:
1. Gaul rata bahan dikisar pada ayam. Masukkan garam dan gula. Perap selama 2 - 3 jam ~ lagi lama lagi bagus.
2. Panggang atau bakar ayam hingga masak.
Resepi Salad:
1 - 2 biji tomato *
1 batang mentimun*
1 batang lobak merah*
1 biji bawang besar* ~ * didadu
lada hijau dihiris
garam, gula dan cuka secukupnya
( campur semua bahan, perasakan masin, manis dan masam secukupnya)
Air Asam:
3 biji cili merah
5 biji cili api
1 b
1 biji buah tomato
1 biji bawang besar
sedikit belacan
garam dan gula
jus limau nipis @ air asam jawa
sedikit air masak ~ untuk mesin bahan

Today I got the best nasi arab.. but I want to buy it, I haven't paid yet.. once I found this simple recipe.. let's try!!!
POWER ARAB RICE RECIPE!!!!
Materials for rice:
2 1/2 cups of basmathi rice ~ wash and soak for 1/2 hours
4 cups of chicken boiled water ~ water measure according to each rice
salt is enough to taste
2 sb of cow oil
yellow and orange dye
Ingredients that are made and dryly blended:
1/2 with sweet cumin
1/2 cm white cumin
1/2 cm cloves flower
1/2 cm black pepper
1/2 cm of cilantro
1/2 cm cardamom
Materials to saute:
1 large onions ~ finely sliced
3 review of garlic ~ finely sliced
Cardamom fruit
cinnamon
Lawang flower
The way:
1. Heat up the cow oil in the pan, insert stir-fry ingredients. Stir-fry to the brass.
2. Insert ingredients that are ground, mix it well.
3. Insert rice that has been posted, fry it for a while until it's mixed.
4. Put it in the rice cooker, enter chicken boil water, salt and cook as usual.
5. When it's dry, put the dye on the rice, don't disturb, the rice will be crushed.

Chicken Recipe:
