10個咖啡師有11個都會培訓自己小朋友沖咖啡，我地都唔例外，#HomeSchooling 在家學習時間表中，#手沖咖啡入門 終於成為常規課程。
幼兒手沖課堂教材有 The Coffee Academics 嘅 Signature Single Origin Drip Bag Tasting Set ，一盒有8包掛耳包，共8個咖啡產地，全部本地烘焙，掛耳包嘅好處係沖煮容易，我自己會選擇大約80度嘅熱水沖煮，直接注水，大約220ml至230ml水就可以，3歲小朋友都做到似模似樣嘅....
呢套掛耳包套裝除咗係沖煮新手既好選擇之外， 亦都係新手 #咖啡飲家 嘅好選擇，因為8款單品咖啡包括不同產地，各種口味喜好一盒有齊。最矜貴當然係Panama Esmeralda Gesha同埋Panama Esmeralda Gesha，前者係日曬豆，口感複雜多層次，果甜如士多啤梨及熱情果;後者係水洗豆，入口乾淨清澈，清新茉莉花香好吸引。$198嘅Drip Bag Set 有Gesha 點講都係抵嘅！ 當然如果喜歡甘苦味較重嘅，可以選擇沖煮肯亞或者秘魯嘅咖啡，肯亞仲係AA級嘅Microlot添，值得一試啊！
