Today marks four years since we opened our first Baumhaus centre. I celebrate this guy who bravely told me that he’d quit his job so we could build our dream together.

This was us at last night’s Asia Society Hong Kong Center fundraiser. I think we do a good job of looking put together, when every single day, we face new challenges that seem tougher than the last.
