花生奶油口味高蛋白威化餅(41.9g)
這款真的是我們三隻小豬公認的好吃，很想直接包一箱回家的那種，也因為如此賀甲，根本來不及拍照就被我們秒殺了😂威化餅就像一般的威化餅，當作補充蛋白質的來源可能略顯不足，可是正在作飲食控制又想吃甜食的時候，是很棒的選擇！後來發現竟然跟義美的夾心酥有幾分相似！但威化餅口感再密一些，夾心酥則比較ㄙㄤ，來個對比照，大家比較有fu～

📌Chocolate chip flavour protein brownie
巧克力片口味高蛋白布朗尼(75g)🍫
試吃這款的當天上午正好有吃美式餐廳的布朗尼點心，相較之下，高蛋白布朗尼吃起來不像綿密的蛋糕，反而紮實有嚼勁，但尾勁有微強烈的酸味(像美式咖啡的酸)…所以我們覺得不怎麼OK😅

📌Chocolate flavour baked cookie
巧克力口味烘焙曲奇餅(75g)🍫
曲奇餅的表現有點出乎意料的好吃耶，原本怕會跟布朗尼一樣有酸味，吃了一口後發現完全不會！雖然不是酥脆口感，但是香味跟餅乾蠻搭的，口感QQ的會讓人想一口接一口，唯一缺點就是蛋白質含量不多，但比起市面上高碳高脂的餅乾來說，這款曲奇餅是蛋白質相對高的優質點心啦~

📌Double chocolate chip flavour protein cookie
雙倍巧克力片口味高蛋白餅乾(75g)🍫🍫
試吃前只看包裝會讓人很疑惑跟上一款有什麼差別，畢竟巧克力的產品吃起來就是差不多那樣(你懂的)，實際上別小看它，38g的高蛋白讓我練完力馬衝向置物櫃，解鎖立即補充！口感確實跟上一款差不多，但一想到足足多了快２倍的蛋白質含量，就覺得特別神。(PS.尾勁有很些微的酸，但肚子餓的時候應該吃不出來😂)

📌Oatmeal raisin flavour protein cookie
燕麥片葡萄乾風味高蛋白餅乾(75g)
這輩子沒有吃過這麼難吃的餅乾....好啦這樣說實在太過分了😂 對於平常沒有特別在做飲食控制的人來說，大概會無法接受；但是吃過各種廠牌蛋白棒的人，應該就可以理解那種...粉粉乾乾卻又黏黏的口感、跟蛋白粉獨有的「後味」。
挑嘴的人可能會無法入口，可是超高蛋白質含量、跟即拆即吃的方便，只要想到吃了這片macro就可以達標，我還是會啃下去的！

我們一致認為，相較於市面上眾多高脂高碳吃了真的會變豬的點心而言，My protein高蛋白餅乾是愛吃甜食的一大福音，且口味整體來說表現不錯😋說了那麼多...試試看就知道啦！

Been really into baking lately. The first cookie I’ve ever baked is a Chocolate chip Almond Macademia nuts & oatmeal cookie. 🍪 I made it just to test out my new air-fryer, it was so good and I got hooked right away. I really enjoyed the whole baking process; measuring, mixing, baking while listening to jazz is meditative and therapeutic. I especially love the smell of freshly baked cookies, nothing can compare to that. Most of all, love sharing joy and happiness with others, seeing friends and family enjoying my snack is such a satisfying and joyful feeling!🥰

So this is the new hobby I pick up during this pandemic, keeping myself busy now, trying out different recipes and fine tuning ones I like, finding the right balance to create something that is yummy and healthy. Hopefully one day these cookies can reach and bring some joy to you too! 😉
