To throw away every toxicity in your life that is harming you and create space for yourself to stir yourself in the right mind and place for your good. I found a few things in my life that has helped me cope with my mental and emotional issues a little better. Such as my fitness, handling my baby snake, and just taking the time to do what makes me happy . How do you deal with your mental health? Being true to how you feel and acknowledging it is the first step. Then talking about it is what follows. You don’t have to struggle in silence. Remember that your mental health is also a priority. Your happiness is essential and your self-care is a necessity. Whatever you’re going through, healing takes time and asking for help is a courageous step As well as Loving yourself and taking care of what’s within is Taking your power back.
由於今日係世界心理健康日，想同大家分享一下，我嘅新歌《帶走你的垃圾》其實都係關注緊呢方面嘅問題。 拋棄生活中毒害你身心靈嘅事情，為自己製造一啲喘息空間，尋求正確嘅思想。 我發現生活中嘅一啲事情可以幫助我更好地處理自己嘅心理同情感問題，例如我去健身，同我嘅bb蛇互動，同埋花時間去做一啲令自己開心嘅事情。 你又會點樣照顧自己嘅心理健康呢？坦白面對自己嘅感受，承認呢啲感受嘅存在就係第一步，然後就係要同人去傾，唔好覺得自己需要喺沉默中掙扎。 請記住，心理健康應該係人生裡面其中一樣優先。 幸福快樂固然係重要，但係自理都係必需嘅。 無論你經歷緊啲咩嘢，治愈都需要時間，懂得尋求幫助就係勇敢嘅一步。 愛錫自己，照顧好自己內在嘅東西，就可以重拾自己嘅力量。
