Shuigen Jerky is an old store in Changhua with 60 years of hand making jerky history and experience. The boss is an amazing person and brings the taste and culture of Changhua into a single bite of jerky! In the video I tried their unique Egg Yolk flavored jerky as well as dumping it in a cup or creamy MiJiang!
