Being a master chef when it comes to BBQ and always wanting to do it yourself instead of going the easy way out by getting someone else to peng for us.
Spending a bomb at Sheng Shiong every time we host a gathering because you insist on getting the live seafood to treat our friends and yes, it makes a world of a difference because these are just too fresh and yummy. 吃过的人都知道!
Not making any grumble when opening those live oysters left a deep cut on your finger and still, you carried on just so everyone could enjoy the fresh food. Yup, not many people know how to open these stubborn oysters but you do! Too bad I can't appreciate them but my friends do and I am truly grateful, even if I might not say it out often.
Making our kids proud to have a Daddy who can cook so well. If only you are home on weekdays to cook for us lor, then I don't have to be troubled over what to cook and still end up doing a mediocre job. Haha.
