แต่ปกปิดประวัติการเดินทาง
สุดท้ายติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19
:
1- คุณปู่อายุ 65 ปีกับภรรยา พากันไปเที่ยวฮอกไกโด ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เมื่อวันที่ 16-20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 โดยไปกับกรุ๊ปทัวร์
2- ทั้งคู่เดินทางกลับไทยเมื่อวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ โดยสายการบินแอร์เอเชีย เที่ยวบิน XJ621 ซัปโปโร-กรุงเทพฯ
3- พอมาถึงไทยปู่เป็นไข้และมีอาการไอ เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์จึงไปหาหมอที่โรงพยาบาลบี.แคร์ เมดิคอลเซ็นเตอร์
4- หมอถามประวัติการเดินทางแต่ปู่ปิดบัง ไม่ยอมบอกว่าไปญี่ปุ่นมา หมอวินิจฉัยว่าปู่เป็นปอดอักเสบและให้แอดมิท โดยมีย่ามาดูแล
5- เช้าวันที่ 24 กุมภาพันธ์ หมอเข้ามาตรวจอาการปู่และถามประวัติการเดินทางอีกครั้ง แต่ปู่ยังยืนยันว่าไม่ได้ไปพื้นที่เสี่ยงมา จนช่วงสายถึงได้ยอมรับว่าเพิ่งกลับจากญี่ปุ่น
6- โรงพยาบาลรีบย้ายปู่ไปอยู่ห้องความดันลบแล้วตรวจหาเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ทันที ผลปรากฏว่าปู่เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อรายที่ 38 ของไทย จึงรีบส่งตัวไปรักษาต่อที่ ร.พ.โรคทรวงอก
7- เดือดร้อนถึงทีมแพทย์ พยาบาล และบุคลากรประมาณ 30 คนที่ดูแลปู่ ต้องไปตรวจหาเชื้อด้วย เบื้องต้นยังไม่พบ แต่ก็ให้หยุดงานเพื่อสังเกตอาการที่บ้าน และตรวจหาเชื้อซ้ำทุก 7-14 วัน
8- ย่าเองก็ถูกตรวจหาเชื้อด้วย และก็พบจริง ๆ ย่ากลายเป็นผู้ติดเชื้อรายที่ 39 ถูกส่งตัวไปรักษาที่สถาบันบำราศนราดูร
9- ปู่ย่ามีหลาน 2 คน อายุ 8 ขวบ กับ 3 ขวบ เด็ก ๆ ไม่ได้ไปเที่ยวญี่ปุ่นด้วยแต่อยู่ใกล้ชิดปู่ย่า พบว่าหลาน 8 ขวบติดเชื้อเป็นรายที่ 40 น้องถูกส่งตัวไปที่สถาบันบำราศนราดูร
10- หลานปู่เรียนอยู่ รร.พระหฤทัยดอนเมือง หลังเจอปู่กับย่าน้องไปโรงเรียนมาแล้ว 1 วัน
11- กรมควบคุมโรครีบไปที่โรงเรียน พบว่ามีนักเรียนที่เรียนห้องเดียวกับน้อง 30 คน และครู 11 คน ถือเป็นกลุ่มที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง ให้ไปตรวจหาเชื้อแล้วเก็บตัวอยู่ที่บ้าน 14 วัน
12- โรงเรียนจำเป็นต้องสั่งปิด 14 วัน (26 กุมภาพันธ์ - 9 มีนาคม) และยกเลิกการสอบปลายภาค จากนั้นจะร่วมกับกรมควบคุมโรคทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ในโรงเรียน
13- ส่วนพ่อของเด็กทำงานอยู่ที่ธนาคารธนชาต สาขาย่านดอนเมือง พ่อไปตรวจหาเชื้อแต่ไม่พบ แต่เพื่อความปลอดภัยธนาคารจึงให้พ่อหยุดงาน 14 วัน เพื่อเฝ้าระวัง
14- ธนาคารเองก็ต้องสั่งปิด 3 วัน เพื่อทำความสะอาด อบโอโซนและฆ่าเชื้อกันขนานใหญ่ พนักงานทุกคนก็ต้องไปตรวจหาเชื้อและเฝ้าดูอาการ
15- ในขณะที่แอร์เอเชียก็ให้ลูกเรือที่ปฏิบัติงานในเที่ยวบินเดียวกับปู่ย่าหยุดงาน 14 วัน เครื่องบินลำนั้นก็ต้องเอาไปอบน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อทันที
16- ขณะนี้กำลังติดตามผู้โดยสารในเที่ยวบินดังกล่าวและนักท่องเที่ยวในกรุ๊ปทัวร์เดียวกับปู่ย่าให้ไปพบแพทย์เพื่อตรวจหาเชื้อโดยด่วน
17- กระทรวงสาธารณสุขแถลงข่าวยืนยันว่า แม้จะมีกรณีผู้ป่วย 3 รายนี้ แต่การระบาดในไทยก็ยังถือว่าอยู่ในระยะ 2 และปู่ย่ายังไม่ใช่ผู้ป่วย Super spreader
