由於不少女孩問過我 平常怎麼保養下水曬黑的乾燥皮膚,今天想跟介紹我這次旅行的保養作息。⠀
我平常的訴求就是【簡單,100%自然,環保,快速 不能超過5分鐘】:⠀

🌞 早晨:⠀
清水洗臉,噴一點導醒肌水並上一層修護乳💧💧2分鐘⠀
⠀
🌊 衝浪前:⠀
全身擦 100% 對環境友善的防曬油,臉部和嘴唇上一層防曬膏(鋅棒)💧💧5分鐘⠀

👩🏾 衝浪後:⠀
清水沖洗全身,用手搓一搓臉部,噴導醒肌水,再使用臉部保養油(這次對 @inna_organic 的臉部保養油特別滿意,我的皮膚像海綿一樣,吸收超快!那瓶很快就用完了,大推😘 )⠀
若有多的時間,我會再用身體的身體乳擦腿跟手部 💧💧💧2-5分鐘⠀

🌅晚上:⠀
洗澡時用溫和的洗面乳。曬完太陽心情好,通常就會想多呵護自己,我就會用所有保養品:醒肌水,修護乳,馥活露(保養油),還有質地比較稠的童顏霜。全身上一層乳液霜或保養油💧💧💧💧💧5分鐘 ⠀

🌞 Mornings: ⠀
Wash face with water, spray toner and use face lotion. 2min. ⠀
⠀
🌊 Before surf:⠀
100% eco-friendly, waterproof sun-protection oil for body and zinc-stick for face and lips. 5min.
⠀
👩🏾 After surf: ⠀
Rinse with water, scrub face with hands, use a bit of face oil. (My skin absorbs the @inna_organic face oil like a sponge!!!🥰) 2min. Sometimes I’d take extra time to lotion up legs and arms too. ⠀

🌅 Evening:⠀
Shower, scrub, shampoo etc and gentle face wash. If I feel like pampering myself, I use everything: face toner, lotion and cream and body oil. 5min. ⠀

So that’s it! ⠀
💋Secret: Before bikini-shootings I always use a ton of body oil haha… You gotta look all smooth ya know😉 ⠀

HOME YOGA INSPIRED ABS WORKOUT
Here comes Part 2.
Refer to my previous post on how to execute it ok lovelies. Remember to take everything slow & perform it mindfully.
Routine:
1️⃣Single Leg High Plank Box Crunch
Try to hold each movement for a good 1sec & sync it with your breath.
2️⃣ Downdog Box Crunch
3 rounds of continues box and then to downdog position. Switch leg after. Repeat 12x. Do it slow n mindfully ok lovelies.
3️⃣ Table Crunches
Easy Peasy if you do it fast. Like I said, take it slooooooow. Breathe, engage & contract.
