太麺：1束
香味油：大さじ1
醤油だれ：大さじ2
叉焼：適量
万能ねぎ：適量
胡麻：適量
刻み海苔：適量
食べるラー油：適量
酢とラー油：それぞれ二回し
卵黄：1個
●香味油
菜種油：60㏄
胡麻油：10㏄
カツオ厚削り：5g
桜えび：3g
●食べるラー油
にんにく：3片
白ネギ：1/3本
唐辛子：大さじ1
鷹の爪：適量
菜種油：60㏄
胡麻油：20㏄
塩：ひとつまみ
砂糖：小さじ1
醤油：大さじ1
●醤油だれ(3人分)
みりん：40㏄
醤油：40㏄
昆布：一切れ
水：20㏄

●Abura Soba(for 1 serving)
1 portions Chinese thick noodles
1 tbsp luscious oil
2 tbsp Mazesoba sauce
some char Siu
some spring onion
some sesame seeds
some shredded nori seaweed.
some Taberu Rayu
some vinegar and Rayu
an egg yolk
●Koumi Abura
60 ml canola oil
10 ml sesame oil
5 g of thick-cut bonito flakes.
3g of dried shrimp.
●Taberu Rayu
3 cloves garlic
1/3 white leek
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
some red chili
60 ml canola oil
20 ml sesame oil
1pnch salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
●Special sauce(for 3 servings)
40 ml mirin
40 ml soy sauce
small piece kombu
20 ml water
