Beauty is only skin deep, and there is no force more powerful than a woman who is determined to rise. 💕October is the perfect month to spread breast cancer awareness and to remind ourselves as women to be our own true selves, live fully in the present with a healthy mind and body💓 A little yoga always gets me in check and the poses are picture-perfect! I would like to challenge @derplinna @lisalauseehei @kan_jessica @jlee.jamie @vthechan to wear pink and do a boat pose by yourself (like me) or with a partner and spread more love around the world💓
