1. AirAsia Unlimited Pass can fly unlimited. Fly all routes in the country. Whether it's flying out of Bangkok or flying into Bangkok, including flying across sectors which are in many routes.
2. Provide travel time is 20 July-17 December 2563 Overall, around 5 months, average 600 Baht per month.

And if there is 3 trip, 4 more profit, no profit. Need to pay for more tickets, airport tax and booking fees.

1. people aged 12 years old on travel day
2. people who have more than 1 trip plans this year and can travel on airline day.
3. people with flexible hours. Not up for a long holiday.
4. people who have a lot of days left.
5. people who like to go home to other provinces. Visit relatives and friends.
6. people are tired. I want to go to other provinces during Saturday and Sunday. If it's more difficult, it will be worthwhile because I can travel on Saturday and Sunday for 14 rounds. (but I'm too tired. Admin can't take this.
7. crazy people (travel) can fly to eat in Chiang Mai in the morning. Stop by to eat snacks in Nimman and fly back in the evening.

1. people who like to stay home. Don't go anywhere. Don't like
2. people who have to work full time. Good bye. No days off. Working 7 days a week.
3. people who can't plan more than 21 days ahead
4. people who think they will travel only one trip this year.

Hi there,
Fat burner can definitely help you to boost fat loss, ONLY if you train hard and monitor your diet.
Six Packs Abs is all about losing the layer of fats above the abs muscles. Crunches and Leg raises won't do much fat burning, but training abs can improve your ability to contract/strengthen the abs/core muscles.
For general overweight individual. Weight train at least 4-5 times a week with free weights, training intensity around 8-12reps max. Do cardio like 3-5 times a week with moderate intensity pace.
The best and fastest way to lose belly fats is to monitor what you put into your body (sorry I have to repeat this over and over), not 1 day or a week.... but continuously for few weeks or months!
I suggest you to start planning a fixed food routine everyday and fully committed to it.
Example:
Meal 1: 5 egg whites with 3 tbsp oats + vitamins.
Meal 2: Skinless chicken rice with a lot of veggies.
Meal 3 (snacks): 1 serving of Whey Protein or a cup of milk to prevent craving.
Meal 4: Home cook grilled chicken, steamed fish/beef, with 1 fist size of carbs (brown rice or white rice).
Weekend: Reward yourself 1 or 2 cheat meals (no big buffet or pizza pls)
Repeat.
Consistency is the key. If you can do this for like 2-3 months (depending on your current body composition), you will see difference for sure!
PS. Diet like IF or IIFYM definitely work, but if you're are not commited to the basics (discipline, commitment, and staying loyal to your plan)... none of any meal plan will work! All the best, JY

Thank you. I’m so honored to be here today. And we are here to underscore the bipartisan support for Taiwan and the strength of our partnership. This pandemic has been a global challenge and too many of us have lost loved ones and have their livelihoods taken away. And for the past year and half, we’ve seen how covid-19 knows no borders. It spreads quickly and without hesitation. And it doesn’t care about race, religion, or political preferences. Even if some nations seek to use the response to covid-19 to coerce others. We are here as friends, because we know that Taiwan is experiencing a challenging time right now. Which is why it’s especially important for the three of us to be here in a bipartisan way. Friends come to each other’s aid. The Biden administration has announced its framework of showing at least 80 million vaccines, uh, US vaccine doses globally and the plan is for the first 25 million doses. After several weeks of conversations between each of the three of us, and the White House officials, I am please to say that Taiwan will receiving 750,000 doses of the vaccines as part of the first bunch of doses. It was critical for United States that Taiwan be included in the first group to receive vaccines because we recognize your urgent need and we value this partnership. We’ll be meeting Taiwan’s leadership this morning to better understand Taiwan’s needs and carry those messages back to Washington. I know in the days ahead that Biden Administration will work to make sure Taiwan receives its shipment in as safe and effective its vaccines as soon as possible. This helps save lives and brings us closer to ending this pandemic once and for all.
Because ending this pandemic means that all of us in international community must work together to get shot in the arms of as many people as possible because truly ending this pandemic means ending it everywhere. And it also reflects our gratitude to Taiwan’s support for the American people in our time of need. In the early days of the pandemic, Taiwan came to our aid, with supply of PPE and other donations that help to save American lives. And on behalf of American people, we want to thank you for that. This is yet another example of how democracies work together to help one another.
You know I especially wanna be here because my family, most of you may know, my father’s family has served in the American military going back to the revolution, fighting for freedom and democracy. But most of you don’t know that my mother’s family is actually from Chaochiu from Guangdong who walked out of China seeking freedom to escape communism. And my mother was born in Thailand in the early 1940s. So it’s especially important to me to be here to support another democracy in the region. My family and I know the price of freedom. And I am here to tell you, that the United States will not let you stand alone. We will be by your side to make sure the people of Taiwan have what they need to get to the other side of this pandemic and beyond, Thank you.

This is a sample of a Full Meal Plan to help you Lose Weight and achieve your goals. They are made of simple ingredients, quick and very easily put together. The foundation of this meal plan has:
• 3 ounces of lean protein
• 1 complex carb
• Unlimited vegetables
• 1 healthy fat
Each meal should be about 350 calories (or fewer)
Example of Protein you can use: Chicken, Turkey, Fish (any kind), tuna, tofu, eggs, beef or pork tenderloin.
Example of Complex Carbs: Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Wholemeal Bread, Wraps, Pita Bread.
Example of Healthy Fat: Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Avocado, Omega-3 (from fish)
In order for this plan to be Effective, you are recommended to:
1) Prepare Your Food in Bulk lasting 2 -- 3 days to make it stress free.
2) These meals are interchangeable. So you can have your snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch etc.
3) Only use and Prepare high quality food like chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, vegetables or fish. So no white bread, white rice, processed food and ready meals at all.
4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully.
5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day.
6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion.
7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track.
8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track.
9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress.
10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result.

Please READ this box for more info. Hi my lovelies, this is my first week back after a long 7-week holiday work break. It has been lovely spending time with my family and friends. I have to be honest that the constant travelling, lack of sleep and eating out has affected my eating habits, skin, body and energy level. So, I am on a "Clean Up" mission now!
I filmed this video over a course of one day and these are example of meals I consumed in eating clean. I do not eat the same meals every day, but the foundation of eating clean to me is consuming food in its purest form - less processed food, junks, salt and refined sugar.
