最近很多人開始瘋運動~健身.路跑.瑜珈.攀岩……樣樣來
夏天運動，除了怕曬黑~更討厭運動帶來的悶熱和黏膩感!!!

雖然編編也不是一個愛運動的陽光女孩~
但為了想甩開一身肥油，穿上比基尼秀出完美的S曲線~
所以我立馬決定跟著影片中的教練們一起動ㄘ動~
隨手拿了一件寬鬆T-SHIRT和褲子，就跑去運動~
想不到~才動沒兩下就出狀況……
一下褲子破掉、一下春光外洩(羞>///<) 超掉漆的耶!!
加上汗流浹背全身臭臭又黏~超級不舒服der!!
本來想要好好運動一下，結果看起來超不正經~還被誤以為是惡搞XD
天啊難道運動一定要這麼邋遢嗎?這麼冏嗎?

哀哀~也難怪......
我看很多運動的人也都很注重專業又漂漂的運動衣~
可是感覺漂亮的都貴鬆鬆捏!!
口袋不夠深還真的買不起(╥﹏╥)

天公伯啊!!
一個月只有22K，哪來的錢買阿......
難道窮人就注定運動要穿得像歐巴桑嗎???

最近下午陰陰的天氣很適合出外快走、慢跑、運動，
雖然我不是運動專家但運動的行頭看起來一定要很專業很厲害😊

最近愛上「微微安娜運動系列」最新款外套+機能性七分褲以及排汗上衣
夏天運動衣基本條件就是要防潑水、抗UV、超透氣!
像最近天氣突然下小雨了也比較不容易淋濕，而且不要小看陰天喔～
