WOW! I can't believe how BIG and pregnant I was just a couple weeks ago! 天啊， 時間過的好快喔！沒有辦法想像我上上個禮拜肚子還這麼大！今天要告訴你們： 有好消息！！！！ （NO! I'm not pregnant again... are you CRAAAZY?!?! 不是又懷孕了啦。 你瘋了嗎？！）如果你跟我一樣常常出國去美國旅遊的話， 現在台灣人可以申請全球入境Global Entry！Good news for all Taiwanese citizens - you can now apply for Global Entry into the USA. I have it and #GlobalEntry is the BEST THING EVER. You get to #skipthelines and get out of the airport, and most imporantly, get to In and Out before anybody else.

Also, American citizens are now eligible for Taiwan's e-Gate Program and it will also save you tons of time when you come into Taiwan. Egan is going to be applying for his passport and Global Entry soon. His passport photos are either going to look like an wrinkled old man, or a mug shot... Can't wait to go through immigration with him! hahahah! #whatareyouwaitingfor ?

I’m so happy to announce that not only will November 1 be the 5th anniversary of the Visa Waiver Program in Taiwan, it will also be the official eligibility date for Taiwan passport holders to start applying for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s flagship Trusted Traveler program – Global Entry! This is also welcome news for frequent U.S. citizen travelers to Taiwan. On that same day, the United States will be honored to be the first country to benefit from membership in Taiwan’s e-Gate Program. 華爾街日報，把之前美國忽然關休士頓領事館的背景，挖得很完整。
　
美國不是突然關的，其實他們查很久了，一開始是發現，有些中國學者有軍方身分，而沒有在入境的 VISA 表格中揭露，這個已經犯了聯邦罪。
　
接著，FBI 發現，奇怪，這些人怎麼跟中國的外交系統持續連繫，而且外交系統為他們做的事情，不像是為一般學者做的，例如，定期聯繫，告知他們 FBI 可能會來查，刪除自己手機電腦裡的資料（尤其微信！），甚至協助護送出境。
　
於是，美國進一步調查，發現中國的外交體系，主導並協助讓這群具有軍方背景的人，來吸收美國重要的科技知識。
　
美國目前抓了幾個，有的認罪，有的沒有。令人驚訝的是，一部分的軍方背景學者，以為自己在做的，是中國跟美國正常的學術交流，而中國那邊的長官跟他們說，你就去跟誰誰合作，然後把他們的環境、技術、研究內容，在中國複製一份。
　
也就是影子實驗室。
　
而他們合作的美國學者，也有收中國錢但沒有誠實揭露的狀況。
　
這件事情觸發了美國兩黨的共同憤慨，在五月以前，美國對於限制學術交流的工具很少，中國想跟誰「合作」幾乎買通了就行。但之後，美國對於「國家安全」的定義放寬，對於介入並審查可能危害國家的偷竊行為，採取更嚴格的措施。

問大家一個問題，如果在中國境內無法使用推特，那你覺得作為中國共產黨機關報的「人民日報」會不會有推特帳號？
　
答案是，當然有！不然中國要怎麼持續對外輸出他們的意識形態和統戰呢？
　
今天小編滑推特時，看到人民日報這篇推廣花蓮是「人間仙境」（fairyland on earth）的影片，想說也太奇怪了，為什麼中國要替我們拚觀光？仔細一看，原來他們推廣的是「Hualien, Taiwan, China」的觀光。
　
大家知道嗎？台灣就這樣每天每天在世界的各個角落，被中國默默統戰中。這些中國對台灣主權侵犯的行為，都是真實的，但在台灣卻還是有不少人認為應該以和為貴，要一家親。甚至像前幾天發生中共戰機蓄意越過海峽中線這類挑釁行為，島內還是有某些人的態度是各打五十大板，叫兩邊要坐下來好好談。到底今天主動挑釁的是誰？（那些為敵軍講話的親共言論就更不用說了）
　
由於實在忍不住了，所以觀測站就在他們的推特和臉書上做了回覆，也把內容放出來讓大家參考，以後大家要是遇到類似的狀況，也要勇敢替台灣發聲啊！

However, Hualien is not a part of China! In fact, Hualien is located in Taiwan, a self-governed democratic country. Taiwan's current president, Tsai Ing-Wen, is the first female Asian head of state who is not from a political family. If you want to visit this beautiful city, you will need to abide by the traveling regulations of Taiwanese government, not by those of Chinese government. For example, Taiwan and the United States enjoy a mutual VISA waiver program. The U.S. citizens don't need a travel visa to visit Taiwan, if the stay is less than six months. On the other hand, a visa is always required when visiting China from the U.S. We appreciate your effort for promoting the beauty of Taiwan, but it is not right to make a false claim of Taiwan’s sovereignty.
