Perasaan terperangkap seumpama tiada jalan penyelesaian. Tetapi tetap senyum, tetap lawan demi keluarga kesayangan walaupun paksa.
Kalau kita betol-betol dengar, perhati, kadang-kadang hanya dengan bertanya khabar "Hi you OK?" mampu selamatkan mereka daripada terusan dilanda masalah kesihatan mental lebih kronik.
Kepada yang sedang berjuangan masalah mental, kamu tidak berseorangan. Mintalah bantuan. It is OK. Minta bantuan bukan tanda lemah, tetapi tanda keberanian! Kerana ia lagi susah untuk kita mengaku yang kita bermasalah dan perlukan bantuan, daripada mendiamkan diri.

Life is full of ups and down. And during those down times, you would most likely want to be alone. Submerge yourself in those sad tunes that sound like "Hello darkness, my old friend. I’ve come to talk to you again" .
Most of the time, most people like you and me will be happy back due to one factor or another. Maybe your family, maybe your loved ones, your friends or over the simplest happy songs that the radio channel serve up.
