早前睇健吾 姐姐個專頁，他一句你的樣子如何，你的日子也必如何，真如暮鼓晨鐘發人深省。
之後見到有靚女/仔share個post講自己如何躺著也中槍，明明一切都係係靠自己實力努力得來。嗯，原來唔止發人深省，直情大開眼界。
我自問唔算傾城絕色，但總算比下有餘，我比較像是那種人畜無害、零殺傷力的小男生的角色，而我很清楚外表能為你帶來的好處，尤其在工作上和社會上，是有著壓倒性的優勢。唔講遠，講見工，要是能力相若，你會想請個望落歪瓜裂棗的，還是一個外表乾淨望落心曠神怡的伙記？見工，從來都係一場戲，而又有幾多套戲會專挑醜男醜女當主角的？
不說見工，平時工作出活動的cocktail session，大家也不知道彼此是誰，但由於被困在社交場合需要social，我被搭訕的機率，是100%。這當然不是因為我是什麼大人物，相反，正是因為我人畜無害的外表，別人會很放心跟我聊天，活動結束後，收回來那疊厚厚的卡片就是我的connection。我有特別努力過嗎？沒有。但世界就是這樣不公平。我當然不能否定我的談笑風生有著一定的幫助，但要是最初無人問津，我那裡有學習「談笑風生」的機會？
不要自欺欺人，我們的起跑線並不一樣的。
最簡單例子，我第一次見我老公時，英文差到我自己講完都唔知自己講乜。我讀大學唸中文，所以英文停留在中七水平。你想像一下，用極糟糕的中學水平英語，和一個鬼佬銀行家約會，仲慘過古天樂講普通話，但幸好呢個世界有身體語言呢回事。你唔好同我講佢欣賞我嘅才華，佢唔係貪我靚仔，唔通鍾意聽我無限loop足一個鐘 Yes, I agree with you 同埋 I totally agree with you呀？
如果籃球員不會否定自己高而帶來的優勢、騎師不會否定自己矮帶來的好處，你為什麼要否定自己外表這一個天賦？認識、了解和接受自己，是成功的第一步，一味否定自己的天賦，只會讓你看不到自己的價值。大部分人的課題，都是先了解自己的天賦，再放在適合的地方發揮，發揮好了，再慢慢轉變去綻放內在的另一個自己。你看看影帝Leonardo唔識串，佢唔係靠套丁死眾生的《鐵達尼號》成名，那有可能現在肥到成個波咁都仲有戲拍？更重要的是，人家要是的起心肝減一減即刻丁死眾生，你呢？削骨還父都不會變成帥哥，這就是天賦的差異了。

They said Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. I 100% agree with that statement, but that doesn't mean that you should totally neglect your Abs muscles.
Imo, training Abs can improve your mind muscle connection. For fitness model it is very important to train Abs not because the more you train the better bigger they became, but to improve your muscular endurance of continuously contracting your Abs when on stage or during a photo-shooting session to show your all hard earned kitchen and training efforts!
I've seen many people with low body fat level but they still have trouble presenting their beautiful six packs abs, Abs indeed is there, but they can't contract their packs to make it look protrude, and they have problem flexing their Abs for long and later on it doesn't appear solid. The solution? Train your Abs!
Low body fat gives you Abs.

For this makeup video tutorial, it is the classic smokey eyes!!!
How-to
1.Mix face primer and BB cream together to create a light coverage foundation for your skin. Since this look will focus on the eyes, I would like to keep the skin quite light.
2.Define the shape of the eyebrows you like with browliner and lightly go over the brow with shadow.
3.Tight line your waterlines with black liner, the lines do not have to be perfect.
4.Apply soft gold eyeshadow to the middle of your eye lids then contour your eyelids with slivery grey. For the lower eye lids, go over the black liner with black shadow then connect the density of your black to upper lids.
5. For the next colour, I love how they called it Black Magic and I totally agree with the name because it is black and sparkly! So perfect for a smokey eyes.
6.With blue eyeshadow, apply as so and finish with gold
7. Apply liquid eyeliner, create a small cat eye liner
8.Apply mascara
9.For the lips, use nudy pink liner and apply to your whole lips and finish with gloss in plum.
10.No blush on for this look but bronzer to your cheekbone instead.

C: I’m doing great! What about you?
S: I’m doing OK.
C: By the way, I want you to meet everybody. Everybody, this is Sean. Sean, this is everybody.

C: Why don’t you tell them a little bit about yourself?
S: Sure! I work as an English teacher for 3 years. I mainly teach adults, and I also teach online tutoring.
C: So, how are you feeling after teaching English for so many years?
S: Well, it’s an rewarding job, especially when I see my students making progress.
C: That is so true! But to be honest, I used to think that teaching English is going to be the last thing I would do in my life.
S: Oh, really? How come?
C: Well, I used to think that I should work for my passion. But as I grow and learn along the way, I realized that I should do something that I know very well, instead of something that I love about.
S: Oh, I get it. Just to keep your passion as your hobby, but not your daily routine.
C: That’s right. And now I realize how wonderful this job is and I love it so much!
S: I totally agree with you.
