記得,我在小時候的畢業紀念冊寫到我的個性:好勝心強
國中有個男生總是跟我比成績,我念台北市排行前幾名明星學校,每一次考試完,在校門口川堂就慘酷的貼上排行榜,我總會在排行榜前遇到他,有次我在排行榜前等他,他問我:「為何在我後面看不到你名字?」我回答他:「你為什麼不往前面看?」那一次,我考了全校第一名。
我大學的時候,不愛唸書成績總是吊車尾,有天我決定要考研究所了,沒有一個人當真,我知道他們都笑我功課爛還要考研究所。我在補習班劃位第一排,每天唸書唸到圖書館關門。最後我考上了我想念的政大廣告所。
我決定出書的時候,沒有人真的覺得當作家可以成功,寫書可以賣。但是我辭了工作認真的決定要好好寫作。於是我每一本書都上的了排行榜,最多一本65刷直到現在。
有人覺得我幸運我好命,但是我也曾端過一小時80元的盤子,一個月30K薪水,省得要死一餐吃40元只為了存錢,直到現在我就算過的比以前好,我還是搭公車坐捷運,我的生活和個性並沒有因為成名了有所改變。
我真心的跑完了我本來不報任何期望的馬拉松,但是有人卻質疑我的努力,我痛心失望哭過,但是我現在決定站起來努力練跑,即使我不想成為運動員,也從沒想過我會喜歡馬拉松,但下一次,我會證明一定會有更好的成績,感謝你們讓我將來跑得更快更好。

我沒有驕傲,我只是想要告訴你們。每一個人,在任何困境與絕望的每個人,如果有人笑你笨,請你努力唸書讓自己更好,有人笑你窮,那就努力工作賺錢,笑你出生低,你就認真打拼,笑你哪裡不好,你就去做、就去努力吧!
縱使有人天生好運,還是要有後天的努力。千千萬萬不要因為有人要詛咒你、看你不好、嘲笑你,你就放棄了你的人生。不要因為別人低估你,而低估自己。也不要因為別人酸你,而自暴自棄,放棄自己。
你要知道,你絕對有能力扭轉你的人生,完成你的夢想,千萬不要因為別人唱衰就讓自己活在被唱衰的世界或淪為他們的一員。也請千萬記得,有一天你成功了,請你不要抱著仇恨的心去對待曾經待你不好的人。
不要人云亦云,不要因為周遭的世界都酸腐了,就任由自己活在酸化腐敗的世界,不願進步只會質疑別人的成就,永遠只能當個稱職的Loser。
面對任何的人生挑戰,請拋開別人的懷疑,請相信自己,請給自己信心,證明自己。我想要告訴你們的是,你們每個人都能掌握自己的人生,沒有做不到、沒有不得不,也沒有別人說不能就不能的事。

Not gonna lie, I thought my recovery from my c-section birth was tough. I always envisioned that having a successful VBAC meant an easier recovery but boy I was wrong. From my own experience, this is way tougher and I'm starting to realise I may have had it easier first time round!!! We survived our first night home and despite the fatigue, I'm feeling so much love!! My boys made my morning much better today when I walked into the bedroom to see them calming a crying Lala together. Isaac really does have a special touch with his baby sister. When he pats her chest and shushes, she really does stop. He even let her borrow his favourite companion Pengy. This is a short and effective total body workout which you can do either first thing in the morning or before you end your day. It'll help to stretch your body, boost your metabolism and burn calories!
Exercises
1) Squats / Jump Squats
2) Shoulder Tap Push-Ups
3) Lunge & Twist
4) Burpees
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Leg Kickbacks
7) Leg Lifts
8) Plank In-Out
Sequence: 8 intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 8 minutes (1 set)
You can repeat 3 - 4 to make it a full solid workout. Rest 1 minute in between set to keep your heart rate constantly elevated.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher or add jumps.
- Choose the advance version.

This is a total body workout to do first thing in the morning! They are low impact so you can do them in your pyjamas (without any undies on!) I offered beginners and also advance version if you feel like challenging yourself. =)
Exercises
1) Kneel to Squat Pulses
2) Alternate Lunge Touch Down
3) Plank Hop to Push-up
4) Plank Jacks
5) Dolphin Plank
6) Groiners
7) Half V to Knee Tucks
Sequence: 14 Intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 15 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout daily to kickstart your day! If you keep it consistent, you will see results - lose weight & tone up. Remember to include total body strength training and also cardio exercises.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version

This is a total body STRENGTH TRAINING workout which can you do anywhere! The goal is to complete all 4 circuits in the shortest time possible.
Exercises:
1) Prisoner Squats
2) Wide to Narrow Pushups
3) Forward to Back Lunge (right)
4) Forward to Back Lunge (left)
5) Tip Toe Sumo Squats
6) Superman to Plank
7) Cross Plank
8) Knee Tucks
Total Time: 20 - 25 minutes
Sequence: 4 Circuits
Repetitions:
Set 1 - 20reps
Set 2 - 15reps
Set 3 - 10reps
Set 4 - 5reps
To progress:
- Choose the advance option.
- Complete the workout in the shortest time possible, try to take shorter breaks in between,
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher or add jumps.
