我终于创业了!我即将推出自己的品牌!!
从来没有想过这一天,但是感谢过去的一切造就今天的我❤️
☁️让我回顾刚开始经营ig的回忆☁️
2011- 还记得刚加入IG时,我还是一个单纯的小女孩,热爱分享生活的一切,每一次嘻嘻哈哈没烦恼,就这样穿着中学校服度过了无忧无虑的中学生涯。
2012- 从小就热爱拍摄的我,竟然提起勇气参加试镜,也很幸运的被录取正式成为@dd杂志的模特,和朋友们一起成长玩乐,那段回忆真的很难得!💓
2013- 谢谢你们陪我度过中学生涯,我毕业啦!🎓开始爱上拍各种可爱搞怪的影片,人气也渐渐提高。
2014- 从小是学霸,以卓越成绩报读了我梦寐以求大学———Taylors university🏫
2015- 以前懵懵懂懂,内心有一个明星梦,就加入了经纪公司Red People,开始了不一样的人生。
2016- 我放弃了大学生涯,离乡背井飞往台湾发展,开始了演艺事业,与三位姐妹组成了AMOi-AMOi女团。
2017- 我投入了自己从没想过自己会加入的一个行业——— 微商
开始买着各式各样的产品,开始学着怎么和顾客相处,开始学着怎么去经营一份事业。
2018- AMOi终于推出了个人EP,这一年来几乎都在台湾,AMOi也顿时火了起来,在台湾上了接近50个台湾综艺节目,电台,报章,表演。很感恩这些舞台让更多人看见内心想发光发热的我!🔥
2019- 我开始迷惘,不知道自己想要的未来是什么。直到全身投入了微商,我开始热忱并爱上这份事业为我带来的成就感,顾客的好评,成就代理,这是我坚持下去的理由 💪🏻
可是...因为自己没有经验,一直都找不到自己的定位,很多公司都没有保障我的利益,导致我辛苦经营的品牌遇到产品丢价,代理流失的问题... 慢慢开始失去信心。在这个时候便转身投资一家奶茶店。
2020- 从来都没想过自己会经历老千事件,辛苦赚来的血汗钱,是的,我投资失败,奶茶店宣告打烊。
经过这些挫折和难关,我就告诉自己,凡事还是靠自己最踏实最保障。这一段岁月,我跌过很多倒,受过很多伤,曾被瞧不起,承受着讥讽嘲笑的眼光,我都默默忍声吞气。
但是说真的,我真心不后悔!因为每个人都必须走过自己人生必经之路,才有资格去选自己未来想走的路。感谢过去的伤害才能造就今天的我❤️
曾经,我辜负了家人老师对我的期望,曾经,我放弃大学生涯到台湾发展最后也失败收场,曾经,我做的每一个行业都不被看好被各种质疑。现在!我想要靠自己的双手和努力闯出属于自己的一片天!
所以,我才做了一个那么重大的决定——— 推出属于我自己的品牌。其实这对于我而言,真的非常挑战。但是人生本该如此,不停的成长进步,我才会深深感受到自己的价值,我才可以帮助到顾客找回属于自己的自信!就像我也曾经找回我丢失已久的信心💖
这一次的新品,我真的倾进了所有的心血和生命!真心的想要为大家带来一个超棒的产品,因为一直以来我的原则就是要真诚去帮助相信我的人,这是我一直坚持和追求的信仰,而走到今天我不忘初心🥰
所以请你们一起期待,我希望你们可以陪我见证我的努力和成就!

Please READ this box for more info. Best exercises to GAIN WEIGHT for skinny women. This workout plan is based on full body Compound Exercises. Compound exercises are those that involve more than one joint and muscle group. They are more efficient and effective for muscle growth.
Method:
10 exercises, 4 sets per exercises, 45 -- 60 seconds of rest in between sets.
Set 1 - Choose weight that will be manageable for 12 reps.
Set 2 - Increase the weight slightly to which you can only accomplish 10 reps.
Set 3 - Increase the weight even more to which you can only accomplish 8 reps.
Set 4 - For the final set, lift even heavier weight to reach failure at 6 reps.
Workout Schedule: Only 3 - 4 times weekly on alternate days.
*It is important to know that it is NOT in the gym you achieve growth, it is when you rest and recover. Hence, a full workout day should be followed by a rest day to assure full recovery and growth.
Workout Duration: No more than 60 minutes per session.
Progression: Perform these exercises for 4 - 6 weeks. As you progress, lift even heavier weights and increase to 5 or 6 sets per exercise.
Stick with it, stay focused and I trust you will start to see changes in your body. EAT A LOT, REST, WORKOUT and you will GROW. All the best! xx

Please READ this box for more Info. This is a Full 6 Weeks Weight Training Plan to help reduce your body fat and lean up. Instead of the traditional strength training, this workout plan is based on Supersets. Superset training is designed to increase your metabolic rate, heart rate and tone the muscles by decreasing the rest period between sets. Please watch the video for the full workout and step by step guidance.
Benefits of Superset Training:
1) Increase your Metabolic Rate
2) Increase your Heart Rate
3) Greater Calories Burned
4) Greater Afterburn
5) Reduce Body Fat
6) Leaner Body
Weight Training Goal: Reduced Body Fat & Leaner Body in 6 weeks!
Method:
One superset has 2 exercises. Perform 10 repetitions for each exercise. Do the 2 exercises listed together with no rest in between, and repeat each superset for a total of 3 rounds. Once you have completed the 1st superset, continue with the next superset with no more than 1-minute rest time in between supersets. There are a total of 4 supersets for each workout session.
Workout Schedule: 4 times weekly (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)
*If you can't fit 4 times in, do 3 times or 2 times at minimum.
Workout Duration: Approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Equipments: Dumbbells
1) A pair of light weight between 2-4kgs each.
2) A pair of medium weight at 5-7kgs each.
For best Results:
1) Stick closely to this workout plan (especially the short rest time)
2) Eat a clean and balanced diet.
3) Perform 20 - 30 minutes of cardio at the end of each session.
Additional Tips:
1) You may record the weights you used at the start of the plan, and at the end of 6 weeks, increase the weights slightly to prevent plateau.
2) Take a picture of yourself prior to starting the plan, this way, you can compare and see the results after 6 weeks.
3) Always keep yourself hydrated before, during and after the workout.
4) Set up the exercises prior to performing them. This way, you don't waste any time preparing the exercises while working out.
5) For those who are new to this workout, you can start with 2 rounds per superset and increase it to 3 rounds as you get stronger.
