Saying goodbye to my 20s wasn’t as bad as I imagined, I actually look forward to life ahead. 🌱The past decade was like a rollercoaster, and I’m so thankful to learn the quote “Try and fail, but don’t fail to try”. I was always lacking confidence and worrying about everything, this quote helped me to open up and bring in many opportunities that shaped me into who I am today. 💕 (Of course it can be awesome to remain single, but I really wanted to find someone and get a taste of romance!)

微軟是全世界最成功的科技公司之一。不過科技巨人面對行動裝置時代，現在也陷入苦戰，在這樣的時刻，微軟啟用公司老將，46歲的印度移民納達拉。納達拉在印度讀完大學，才到美國威斯康辛以及芝加哥分別攻讀電機以及MBA。

我很喜歡他寫給微軟員工的公開信，他豪氣地說: 在我們這一行，我們不尊重傳統，我們只尊重創新。(Our industry does not respect tradition — it only respects innovation) 點出創新兩個字，就是微軟現在轉型的關鍵。

我是誰?
Who am I?
我今年四十六歲，結婚22年，有三個孩子。就像其他人一樣，我今天的所作所為，都深受我的家庭以及人生經驗所影響。很多人也定義我是一個非常有好奇心、渴望學習的人。我總是買多過我能讀完的書，加入多過我能完成的線上學習課程。我非常相信，如果你不學習新知，就等於停止進行偉大而且有益的事物。所以我的家庭、好奇心、以及求知若渴的精神，造就了今天的我。

I am 46. I’ve been married for 22 years and we have 3 kids. And like anyone else, a lot of what I do and how I think has been shaped by my family and my overall life experiences. Many who know me say I am also defined by my curiosity and thirst for learning. I buy more books than I can finish. I sign up for more online courses than I can complete. I fundamentally believe that if you are not learning new things, you stop doing great and useful things. So family, curiosity and hunger for knowledge all define me.

Why am I here?
