Hey guys. Sooo... Recently, I've been posting lots of positive quotes. Which I've never really been a huge fan of. Because I've always found them a bit too simplistic. And borderline iiiiirrrrrritating. Haha. Its like, "Hello. If I could think myself happy, why wouldn't I do that??!" And then this vicious cycle of guilt begins. For not being happy and then getting upset with myself for not being happy for no "real" reason. It all sounds veeery self absorbed and wearisome. I dont know if any of you feel that, too. So, now I'm trying, on the days where the sun peeks through the clouds a little more, i grab something positive. Anything. Like... I'm glad my nail broke, cos that is one less nail to cut. Idk. Haha. Whatever I can that day. If it doesnt work, then the next time, try again. It doesnt make the clouds go away, but it helps me remember the sun is there. If you need to find someone to talk to, go, ok?
