#lockdown🔒This period of self-isolation must have brought about different experiences for each of us and things that we’ve learned whether it’s about ourselves or the people closest to us.. How have you been dealing with it?

Personally, I’ve enjoyed being home a lot more.. I find myself being a lot more productive! Here’s how I been dealing it:
⚡️I still set myself a time to get up every day at 7am.. Nope, no lying in and just laze around.. And I still go to bed latest by midnight.. 😴
⚡️Put on my audiobook first thing in the morning! 📖
⚡️I set myself a work routine and start at 8am.. Saves the hassle of getting ready and beating the traffic because you get to work in your pyjamas. 🤣
⚡️Never miss my home workout 🏋️♀️ at 5pm. I’ve really been enjoying them cause I get to do longer sessions too.
⚡️Been cooking a lot more. Revisited some of my favourite dishes which I haven’t made for a long time and also trying new stuff! 👩🍳
⚡️Been watching Netflix at night too.. The last time I actually watched a series was probably 10 years ago.. 😱
⚡️Any downtime will be watching your IG stories in doing home workouts and also replying to them.. ☺️
⚡️And of course jumping around the house, going crazy once in a while cause I’ve too much energy. 😆 Poor @terrenceteo7 cause he has to deal with the madness.. 😅

#throwback to pre-pregnancy, pre-Layla, pre-covid, when life was completely different, commitment and mindset was completely different, this body and body shape of mine feels completely different.
This picture was taken in Sept 2019. It's not even been 2 years, but it really feels like a lifetime ago.
I've been hearing comments about how my IG account is no longer like before. It's true. It's no longer filled with branded goods, OOTDs, perfectly made up and dressed up Sheila. But i am no longer the same person i was before. My priority has changed. My life has changed. And most of all, i like that i am presenting myself in the most authentic and vulnerable way. I dare say, even the products i feature are products that i really use and endorse. I make it a point to understand the brand and i make sure i use the products for at least 2 weeks before i commit to a post. So i know that they really work before i sell it to my audience.
Anyway, talking about how my body feels completely different... I NEED TO GET BACK INTO MY FITNESS ROUTINE. I wanna put an end to my sags (that's happening everywhere). I need my muscles and pre-birth posture back! This breasfeeding posture is making me look like The Hunchback of Notre Dame!
Mommies, no more excuses! Do something today. Even if it's a 15mins walk or a simple stretch. Set a goal, and let's work towards it!
