ホンダ・CBR1000RR（シービーアールせんダブルアール）は本田技研工業のCBR954RRの後継車として2004年3月31日から発売[1]されているCBRシリーズの並列4気筒、排気量998ccのオートバイである。輸出用モデルはFireblade(ファイヤーブレード)のペットネームが与えられている。
コンセプトはHRCのワークスマシンRC211VのレプリカとCBR600RRの姉妹車という位置づけであり、足回りにはRCVやCBR600RRで使われたユニットプロリンクが採用され、スタイルもRCVやCBR600RRと似たスタイルとされた。また、加えて電子制御ステアリングダンパー、HESD(Honda Electric Steering Damper)を市販車として世界で初めて採用した。
また、Firebladeのペットネームについては、ペットネームがFireBladeであったCBR900RRシリーズの初代からの開発担当者であった馬場上席研究員がホンダを定年退社し、このモデルからCB1300 SUPER FOURやCBR600RRの開発を担当した福永主任研究員に代わっており、以前の馬場主任研究員の担当したFireBladeと区別するためにFirebladeとなっている。
