我還記得M @monsan17 三年前開始正式跟我工作時，我壓力大，只有24小時想工作。因此，兩個工作起來變成抗壓性極大的女強人。後來過了很多次的磨擦和疲勞經驗我們才懂了，有休息充電就期待工作，有工作就會期待放假。兩者有平衡，兩者就會有意義😊

I think the answer to this question has become so much clearer within the last years.

I remember how M joined me as my first official employee years ago and what a workaholic I was. I had a lot of pressure, and together we turned into high pressure resisting independent I-can-do-it-all women 😅
.
After quite a few ups, downs and burnouts we did realize though: it’s good to be passionate at work, but life needs to be balanced.
.
The more fun stuff we did, the more we enjoyed work. The harder we worked, the more we wanted to relax. Every time we took off time to relax, we couldn’t wait to get back to work again.

It’s a cycle, balance. Happy to say, we grew from workaholics to “lifeaholics”. Can’t get enough of life 💚🤓
