印度媒體報導，中國軍機近日在印中邊境拉達克東部區域出動多架戰機進行空軍演習，約有22架戰機包含殲10、殲11和殲16接近該區域，引起印度高度關注，出動包含飆風(Rafale)等戰機進行戒備
相關人士透露，中國在新疆的和田、喀什和西藏的格爾昆沙基地等強化建設，同時提到去年兩國同意在班公錯各自撤軍，卻也沒有移動紅旗-9和紅旗-16防空飛彈陣地，印度軍方持續用衛星強化偵查
報導還提到，印度空軍在拉達克地區較解放軍有優勢，因為解放軍的戰機必須從海拔非常高的基地起飛，但印度的機隊則可以從平原起飛，並快速抵達山區

法國飆風戰機(Rafale)紀念塗裝，紀念二戰期間14名法國飛行員前往蘇聯協助對抗德軍的作戰，當年這些飛行員駕駛蘇聯的「雅克-3」(Yak-3, Як-3)戰機，照片中戰機機尾上頭有黑色機身剪影
該機首次在庫斯克戰役現身，優異的低空飛行展現出極佳的性能，1944年蘇聯才大量裝備，同年7月14日，其中一隊剛編成的中隊共18架，迎戰30架Bf-109，共擊落15(或24)架敵機，而且無任何損失的記錄

Après avoir reçu le titre de « Héros de l’Union soviétique » par Staline, les pilotes et mécaniciens du Régiment de Chasse 2/30 Normandie Niémen étaient de retour de Russie après avoir mené une campagne victorieuse contre l'armée nazie.
C’est en 1942 que le groupe de chasse « Normandie » des Forces françaises libres voit le jour. Le général de Gaulle souhaitait que les militaires français soient déployés sur tous les fronts de la guerre, c’est pourquoi ce dernier décide d’envoyer un régiment de chasse sur le front russe, aux côtés des forces de Staline.
Un total de 62 volontaires, ayant le goût de l’action et n’ayant pas peur de l’exil, entament alors un long périple en avion, en camion puis en train, passant par Bagdad, Bassora puis Téhéran. 14 pilotes français décident de combattre la Luftwaffe (l’armée de l’air allemande) à bord d’avions de chasse soviétiques : Yakovlev Yak-1. Ces derniers sont alors rattachés, en mars 1943, à une division aérienne soviétique, dirigée par le général Zakharov.
La chasse, l’escorte de bombardiers soviétiques et l’attaque d’objectifs ennemis au sol sont les missions accomplies par l’escadrille.
En 1944, le groupe de chasse « Normandie » participe à la grande offensive d’été de l’Armée rouge. Le 21 juillet 1944, l’escadrille prend le nom de « Normandie-Niémen », suite à la publication d’un communiqué officiel par le maréchal Joseph Staline. Le régiment est alors affectueusement surnommé « Neu-Neu ».
