The stray animals population issue in Pulau Ketam has been really bad and bravo to the volunteers from HOPE 希望护生园 who finally managed to pull together a neutering campaign with the help of some vets and public supports. It is vital to help the island's residents educated on how important it is to neuter their dogs/cats instead of dumping them.
Very Important Pet Magazine is initiating an awareness campaign on 23rd March 2019 to Sg Lima Village as the first stop to distribute flyers as well as preparing the residents for upcoming neutering operation.
