Totally one of those things that while eating them, you keep telling yourself its so wrong yet you can't seem to stop!

So here you have it a simple video of making POTATO BACON CHEESE BOMBs!!!

Recipe:

1kg russet potatoes (steamed, mashed and pepper to taste)
200g Cheddar or mozzarella cheese block cut into 2 cm cubes
500g steaky bacon
100g panko bread crumbs (Japanese Bread Crumbs)
toothpicks
1L canola oil for deep frying at 180°C

チーズの香りがふわっと広がる、おうちカフェレシピです。

※竹串をさして生地がついていなければ完成です。生地がついてきた場合は加熱時間を延長してください。

材料（ミニカップ約15個分）
・クリームチーズ　　70g
・牛乳　　　　　　　50cc
・卵　　　　　　　　2個
・砂糖　　　　　　　70g
・サラダ油　　　　　大さじ2
・薄力粉　　　　　　100g
・ベーキングパウダー　　 3g

手順
1. レンジで30秒ほど加熱したクリームチーズと人肌くらいまで温めた牛乳を混ぜる
2. 卵と砂糖を白っぽくなるまで混ぜる
3. (1)と(2)とサラダ油を混ぜあわせる
4. 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れて混ぜる
5. カップに流し込み、レンジで1分30秒〜2分加熱したら完成！

※竹串をさして生地がついていなければ完成です。生地がついてきた場合は加熱時間を延長してください。
