昨天去跑步，加上前兩天跑步，聽了Planet Money
、WSJ、The Daily、Fresh Air等最新的一集或兩集，無一例外都是在討論COVID-19。然後後面幾個新聞媒體的podcast都是在討論和分析政府的反應過慢、官僚等問題。The Daily另外已經開始分析和討論在接下來的日子該怎麼跟這場疫情相處。
埋著頭日子不會自然變得更好，還需要正面積極的接受多方資訊，冷靜理性的思考這些訊息和想法。

2018 快過了，持續學習的一年
回顧這一年，前幾天收到一份「學習報告」
蠻有意思的。
我有使用一個手機軟體，可以購買課程，可以在手機上閱讀或用聽的。
這個軟體發給我的報告是：過去一年的學習時間是 268.2 個小時。學了 600 多節課.....
這還不包含閱讀的紙本書、醫學文獻等等。
我覺得我們這個年代很幸運的是有多元化的學習方式。
開車的時間，可以聽聽一些知識性的節目。
例如：可以用 podcast 聽 NPR planet money、經濟學人。把世界一流的觀念與大事講給我聽。
youtube 上也很多好的知識性節目可觀看。

這種方式特別適合忙碌的父母親。
為什麼？
話說，我問我太太：「你 2018 聽了幾小時？」
太座的資料是： 315 小時！
我：你也太強了吧！幾乎是每天一小時誒。總數也比我多了 50 小時。
太座大笑的說：那表示我每天至少做一小時的家事啊！

是啊。
太座總是利用拖地板、洗碗、折衣服的時間聽知識性節目。
滴水穿石，一兩年來也累積了不少知識。
這樣的方式，特別適合各位忙碌的父母親喔^^！
