《下午茶時間》Once Upon A Dream
為了練習肺活量恢復，我沒有選擇器具呼吸，我選擇重回年輕時最愛的音樂：練習聲樂。
聲樂小老師Melody是兩個孩子的母親，從英國皇家音樂學院畢業。
她曾經告訴我：她在英國皇家音樂學院的老師教導她，遠離世界的黑暗，相信美好。寬厚面對人生，這樣妳的歌聲才能保持動人純潔的力量。
我們今天的第一步是練習從橫隔膜發聲，用胸腔兩側而非肩膀吸氣，之後慢慢吐氣。
這是我從十歲到二十歲合唱團永遠在練習的發聲法。
之後，我們唱了一首歌曲．Once Upon a Dream.
瞬間剛看到歌詞時，雖然它如此熟悉，但我還是差一點哭了。

日本のミュージカル俳優が『民衆の歌』を歌った動画のパロディを作りました。

いつもは感動したり好きになったりした人や歌を2~3ヶ月かけてリサーチし、その人物に本当に変身できるのか、練習すれば声が似るか？などの検証をしてから、衣装やウィッグを集めて、2時間くらいメイクした後、30テイクくらい撮影して動画を撮っています。
が、、、
今回は36人に変装しないといけないので、手元にあるもので出来るだけ似させるという録り方にしていきました。（ウィッグのお店やってないので）
①動画を何度も見て歌を覚えながら、特徴のある歌い方の人をマネれるか研究。
②動画に登場しているキャストさんの衣装が、私物の組み合わせでできるか検証。
③3日かけて録音。ソプラノは調子良いときじゃないと出ないので日にちを分けました。
④撮影当日は男性キャストから。1人15分メイク、15分で撮影。その都度、動画を見ながら動きを取り入れました。
⑤女性キャストに入る頃には疲れマックスで、時間もかかり破滅的に似てない方が続出。（申し訳ありません）
⑥思ったよりコマ割りが細かくて、動画ソフト初心者なので３日間も編集に時間がかかる。同じフォントを探したり、それぞれ２〜３テイク撮影した中から、本家と似ている表情や動きを見つけるのにかなりの時間がかかった。
⑦取り組んでから一週間かけて完成
●数をこなさないといけなっかたのもあり、女性キャストと男性キャストの一部の方は、携帯アプリのSNOWを使って肌が綺麗に見えるように撮影しています。
●今回、手に入った音源が、オリジナルのビデオのものよりスピードが遅めで、最後のリズムなども違うものを使用したので、完全一緒ではないのでご了承ください。
●後、楽器演奏されていた方は省かせて頂きました。
緊急事態宣言の中、この動画を発見してもの凄く感動しとても励まされました。
ミュージカルファンの方が見たらおふざけのように見えてしまうかもしれませんが、かなり真面目に取り組みました。顔が似なかった（特に女性キャストの方）は本当にすみません。
1人の人間が全て演じて、男性の声と女性の声を出して36人分歌った娯楽パロディ動画として温かい目で観ていただけると幸いです。
動画を作っている最中、登場されているキャストの方に応援のメッセージをいただき、尋常じゃないやる気が出て、いまだかつてない集中力で作業ができました。
新コロナで気分が落ち込みやすい中、何か自分も作り出さなければ！とやる気を出させてくれたこの動画、歌ってくれたキャストの方々、プロデュースしてくださった上山様に感謝致します。
そして芸能の方達が心置きなく演じれる時が来ることを祈っています。
