Well, baby still doesn’t want to come out and one of the ways to naturally induce is to DANCE - Maybe I should join in another Mommy flash mob dance routine! Hahaha.
啊呀～ baby還是不想出來跟大家見面啊！不過聽說一個自然催生的方法是跳舞！也許我應該再安排一次孕媽咪熱舞快閃活動！哈哈！

It was so much fun to join this group of fun-loving, energetic moms for our flash mob at the Taipei Main Station a few weeks ago. It takes a lot to coordinate so many moms to come together (some even came all the way up from Kaohsiung!) so thank you to everybody that participated (21 moms. 21 babies :):))

If you are lucky enough to have a smooth pregnancy and get the OK from the doctors, don’t be afraid to go out there and live a normal life! Walk, exercise, and yes, even dance! You actually will feel quite good about yourself and the time goes by much faster. I even think that my body is better prepared to deal with some of the uncomfortable parts of pregnancy (back ache, sore waist, morning sickness, etc…) if you can try and stay active and do what makes you happy.
如果你是一位幸運的孕婦而且孕期基本上沒有什麼問題，再加上醫生也都說妳跟寶寶都是健康的話，真的不要怕繼續正常的生活！ 走路、 運動，甚至⋯⋯去跳舞吧！去釋放吧！去解放自己吧！也許妳的身體會感覺滿舒服或是放鬆的喔，而且，時間也真的過的比較快（樂）！ 我覺得也許平常因為有持續的動，所以我比較有力氣去面對懷孕過程比較不舒服的地方（腰酸背痛、骨盆鬆掉、 疲勞、孕吐等）。 所以我還是非常鼓勵孕媽咪們還有孕媽咪們身邊的家人⋯⋯我們應該做會讓我們開心的事。就像這些勇敢參與熱舞快閃、展露美美肚子在公共場合開心地跳舞，大家都好自信、好美、好開心！不過我也不是說每一位孕媽咪都要趕快去學嘻哈舞蹈啦哈！我想說的是～妳可以自己選擇妳想要的孕婦生活！

Nowadays, we use computer, phone as a tool to expand our body's ability.
If we lack a phone, our ability will decrease.

But the bandwidth we are using is low.

Specifically, sending information to the engine (input)

Every time there is a technological revolution, everyone worries.
200 years ago there was an industrial revolution, everyone worried, but at the end there were many emerging events.

My grandfather had a chance to go to 3 cities in the world.
My dad had a chance to go to 30 cities.
Personally, I have visited 300 cities.

For this topic, Elon Musk briefly said that in the future, AI might replace all human beings. Human beings are just programmers for AI.

Jack Ma answered that current education course is suitable for children in industrial age.
Teaching you to memorize.

What we should teach is how to make a child enjoy his life.

This is collaboration music video with art installation ”Karaoke with Artificial life" that Emi Kusano has been created.

このMVはArt Hack Dayで草野絵美が一ヶ月かけて製作した作品、人工生命カラオケ『Singing Dream』のコンセプトを映像化したコラボレーションです。

“Sining Dream” (2018)

The time is the future. Stored for historical documentation, the communication karaoke machine that took the 1980s by storm, had never been experienced by anyone existing in the now. One day, a sudden phenomena had occurred through the machine’s network, it had grown autonomy in the machine. The machine, now with a heart, had started to self-express and reject simple requests of singing pop songs or being possessed by human beings. With the newly found passion of the karaoke machine, its codes and circuit boards grow and multiply like roots and leaves of a tree. As if it is celebrating its own birth, it sings “Happy Birthday” on repeat. It uses this most sung song around the world, utilizes it as group intelligence music, and aims for the survival of species. It creates its own lyrics, and projects its dreams on the monitor to make communication. It receives inspiration from the outside world, and begins to sublimate its own creations. When humans come close, it allures it by camouflaging itself to a normal karaoke. In this work, the possibilities of a future wherein from a collection of human created technology and information, life will be born, and a new seed to prosper will be created is explored with a science fiction touch.

時は近未来。歴史的資料として保管された、通信カラオケマシンは現存する人類の誰もが体験したことがない1980年代に一線で活躍していたものだ。ある日、ネットワークを介して機械の中で突然変異がおこり、マシンの中に自律性が芽生えた。心をもったマシンはヒットソングを歌わされたり人類から所有されることを拒み、自己表現し始める。
カラオケマシンの想いと共に、機械の中を張り巡らせるコードや基板は、根と葉のごとく成長、増殖し始めた。自己の誕生を祝うかのように「Happy Birthday」を歌い続ける。
世界で一番歌われているであろうこの曲を、群知能音楽として活用し、種の生き残りを目論む。自ら生成した歌詞、夢をモニターに投影しながらコミュニケーションをとる。
外界からインスピレーションをうけながら、自らのクリエーションを昇華し始める。人間が近づくと、普通のカラオケのようにカモフラージュしてそそのかす。
本作品では、人類発のテクノロジーや情報の集合体から、生命が誕生し、新たな種を繁栄しようとする未来がくるかもしれないと、人工生命をSF的に表現した。

After my photo shoot with Mariel, I dragged Azmi and kids to visit 7 month old Muhammad Adib who is suffering from hirschprung disease.

Hirschsprung's (HIRSH-sproongz) disease is a condition that affects the large intestine (colon) and causes problems with passing stool. The condition is present at birth (congenital) as a result of missing nerve cells in the muscles of the baby's colon.

A newborn who has Hirschsprung's disease usually can't have a bowel movement in the days after birth. In mild cases, the condition might not be detected until later in childhood.

Surgery to bypass the part of the colon that has no nerve cells treats Hirschsprung's disease. The lining of the diseased part of the colon is stripped away, and normal colon is pulled through the colon from the inside and attached to the anus. This is usually done using minimally invasive (laparoscopic) methods, operating through the anus.

We wanted to help this family because they didn't have enough money to pay the hospital at Temerloh for the surgery done on baby Adib. Puan Shafiqa had to quit her job to look after baby Adib full time at the hospital (he has not left the hospital since birth) and her husband took a job at the Pasar Borong so he can get daily wages (instead of monthly) to constantly buy baby diapers and his special formula milk. I wanted to be sure this was an authentic case before viralising this story to reach out to the public for donations. Adib was asleep when we came over and he's such a strong strong lad.
