ป้ายแสดงความชื่นชมนักเรียนกำลังถูกประธานกพฐ. ตั้งคำถามเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสม และไม่อยากให้โรงเรียนใช้การเข้าแพทย์ วิศวะ มาโฆษณาถึงความดีงามของโรงเรียน
หลายคนตั้งคำถาม ว่าทำไมเด็กเก่งจะถูกชื่นชมไม่ได้?

ป้ายที่ทำรูปใหญ่ๆ ตัวหนังสือโตๆ กับเด็กที่ติดหมอ วิศวะ (ในขณะที่ติดคณะอื่นอาจจะเหลือแต่ชื่อ) กำลังส่งข้อความบอกเด็กๆว่า เราให้คุณค่าเพียงอาชีพเหล่านี้
👉🏼 ทั้งๆที่ทุกอาชีพควรถูกทำให้ได้เห็นถึงคุณค่า
ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน บอกว่าเราให้คุณค่ากับการเรียนเก่ง กีฬาดี ดนตรีเลิศ
👉🏼ทั้งๆที่ทักษะและคุณสมบัติของมนุษย์ มีให้ชื่นชมหลากหลายมากมายมากกว่านั้น
ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน บอกว่าเราให้คุณค่ากับการทำชื่อเสียง
👉🏼ความสำเร็จที่ต้อง “เหนือใคร” ทั้งๆที่ในโลกยุคใหม่ เราควรเน้นเรื่องการทำงานเป็นทีม
ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน... บอกเราว่า คุณไม่น่าภูมิใจ ถ้าคุณเป็นได้แค่ “คนธรรมดา”
👉🏼ทั้งๆที่เด็กทุกคนควรเติบโตมาแบบรู้สึกถึงคุณค่าในตัวเอง
ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน บอกว่าโรงเรียนให้คุณค่ากับผลสำเร็จ มากกว่าคุณค่าของความพยายาม
👉🏼ซึ่งหลายครั้งทำให้เกิด fixed mindset (วิถีคิดติดกรอบ) ฉันเก่ง ฉันเจ๋งกว่าใคร หรือ
ฉันโง่ ฉันไม่ได้เรื่อง ฉันไม่ได้เป็นคนที่ใครๆก็ยอมรับ
ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน ที่ยกเด็กบางคน
👉🏼 แต่อาจกำลังเหยียบย่ำหัวใจของเด็กๆ หลายคน
ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน บอกเราว่าโรงเรียนนี้ดีกว่า เพราะสร้างมนุษย์ออกมาได้ตามแบบ
👉🏼แบบ ที่ออกโดยค่านิยมของสังคม

โรงเรียนควรเป็นสถานที่ที่ทำให้เด็กได้ค้นพบศักยภาพ เคารพความแตกต่างหลากหลาย เจอเส้นทางที่จะไปตามสิ่งที่ฝัน มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณสมบัติที่ดี มากกว่าแค่ทำให้ออกมาหน้าตาเหมือนเด็กกึ่งสำเร็จรูปตามความต้องการของท้องตลาด

จึงควรถูกตั้งคำถาม
ว่าเรากำลังบอกอะไรให้เด็กๆ
และจริงๆ การศึกษาของประเทศไทย
... ต้องการอะไรจากเด็กๆ ของเรา

ผู้อยากให้ผู้ใหญ่ตั้งคำถามว่าเราต้องการอะไรจากการศึกษาในโรงเรียนของพวกเขา
ป.ล. ไม่ได้เขียนว่าจะชื่นชมเด็กไม่ได้นะคะ แต่อยากชวนให้ตั้งคำถาม ว่าเด็กๆได้หรือเสียอะไร เรามองได้รอบด้านมั้ย ใครกำลังได้ประโยชน์อะไรจากเด็กอยู่รึเปล่า และมีอะไรที่เราควรพัฒนาให้ดีกว่าเดิมได้ แทนที่จะทำตามไปเหมือนๆกัน

Big tags, big letters with kids who are addicted to engineering doctors (while other faculty members may have names left) are messaging the kids that we value these careers.

👉 In spite of human skills and qualities, there are many more to admire.

👉 Success that you need to be ′′ over ′′ even in the new world, we should focus on teamwork.

👉 In spite of every child should grow up to feel their own worth.

👉 Many times make fixed mindset (framework way). I'm good. I'm cooler than anyone.
I'm stupid, I'm lame, I'm not the one I accept.

School should be a place where children discover potential, respect different differences. Find a path to follow what they dream of. Focus on developing good qualities rather than just making them look like instant children on market demand.
