It’s been a super busy, but very fulfilling month.

What I have noticed is that many of you following my page are health conscious & positive individuals, which is exciting to know!!! I am so happy that many of you are understanding the importance of mental & physical health, and living life holistically.

I feel blessed to have the opportunity to do what I am passionate about & love. Thank you for all the support, I will work harder to spread awareness. Remember you are responsible for your own health & happiness 💖💪🏻💛~

正念減壓法(MBSR, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program)是1979年美國卡巴金博士(Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.)於麻省大學醫學院所創設之療程,結合西方醫學/心理學研究與東方禪修傳統,協助參與者以正念內觀處理壓力、疼痛和疾病,三十多年來西方科學界已發表數百篇的研究文獻,證實其為一套有效的團體訓練課程。自卡巴金博士開始,正念(mindfulness)已逐漸進入歐美主流社會的機構,例如醫院、學校、企業以及職業運動組織。現在,世界上有許多醫學中心以及企業界、科技界都在提供正念減壓等正念訓練相關課程,2014年2月美國時代雜誌(TIME)亦對此潮流做出大幅報導,並列為封面故事。
台灣醫療體系於2011年由陳德中心理師首度引進正念減壓課程(台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區),亦效果顯著、深得參加學員好評與醫師肯定。正念減壓法教您在生命不同際遇中,均可掌握自己、找到力量和智慧,讓您活得更自信、更喜悅。
適合對象:
● 處於高壓工作環境之專業經理人及上班族群等
●希望增進情緒管理能力與改善人際關係者
● 希望改善焦慮、失眠、長期疲勞或長期疼痛等困擾者
● 希望成長自我並提昇生活品質之家庭主婦與退休人士
● 有興趣之醫護、心理、社工、教育…等專業工作者及相關學生
報名資格:有意願改善身心現況,並願盡可能參與全部課程及完成家庭作業者將以參加意願及報名繳費順序作為錄取標準)
收費標準:新台幣$5600元(內已含學費及教材光碟等所有費用)

● 美國密西根州立大學心理諮商碩士
● 美國麻州大學醫學院正念減壓(MBSR)心身醫學訓練以及各階段師資專業訓練完成,具備全球一致標準之正念減壓(MBSR)完整指導資格
● 從美國將MBSR帶回台灣後,迄今已指導過超過20梯次正念減壓完整課程,包括台大醫院、北市聯醫仁愛院區、亞東醫院、張老師基金會、台灣大學(國科會研究計畫)等不同班次;並曾為世界展望會、罕見疾病基金會、衛福部戒菸中心、警政署、勞保局、國立體育大學(訓練國家運動選手)…等機構為各式不同需求者做正念訓練
