上個月回去給他們驚喜,讓我們留下四天難忘的回憶。
因為家裡遭竊所以行程無法繼續,我們不得不縮短我們的行程,快速趕回家裡處理。
奶奶患有老年癡呆症,她經常忘記我們白天做了什麼事。就因為這樣讓我們更珍惜跟她所剩的相處時間,認真享受當下。不管是一個微笑,擁抱,一首歌,一個旅行目的地...我沒有讓相機離開我,所以我可以捕捉每一個寶貴的時刻跟回憶,我們都知道它們是多麼的珍貴。
時間每天在流逝。每次離開他們心裡沉重的大石頭都會提醒我這個殘酷的現實。我祈禱讓我有多一點的時間可以跟他們一起創造更多類似的回憶。
看著他們一起,像兩個孩子一樣,唱著歌,逗著對方開心,關心著對方,彼此相愛,把每天當最後一天精采認真的活著,謝謝他們給我們上了這人生美麗的一課。❤️

My grandma has Alzheimer and she often forget what we did during the day. It pushes you even more to focus and truly enjoy the present moment.
A smile, a hug, a song, a destination... my camera didn't leave me so I could capture every precious moment. And we all knew how precious they were.
Time is running. Every time I leave their house a lump in my stomach always remind me about this reality. I pray to live more similar moments with them in the near futur.
It was a life lesson to watch them together, like two kids again, singing songs, teasing, caring, loving each other like there is no tomorrow ❤️

I am 5-month old Che Che. I was being hit by a car and lied on the road side. Because my pelvic and spine were fracture due to the car crash and there was a big lump of haematoma in my brain according to the CT scan, the vet decided to use treatment in conservative way as he worried that I could not stand any operation.
I stayed in PAVC for a period of time. The longer I stayed, the more bored I felt… well… I am still a baby, right? 😜 I need to play! Such that, I tried everyday to knock on the door, kick on the gate to attract attention. Haha~~ who would knows that I was kind of doing exercise in this way which helped me to recover!! The haematoma was gone; the fracture was gradually grew back. Together with the vet’s treatment, I could now try to stand up! 💪🏼
Even though it took a loooooong and boring time, anyhow, Che Che can now having his four limbs back to normal plus his big smiley face. Worth it, right? 😉
Che Che is now as playful as a little monkey. He could be discharged at anytime! 🌟

We made this recipe from two desserts that we love! It's amazing, but the calories...
It's a taste of guilty decadence!
*Recipe* (Makes 10)
1. Mix together 105g cake flour, 15g cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix together 80g honey and 40g vegetable oil and form into a single lump.
3. Break into 10 equal pieces. (Approximately 23g per piece)
4. Wrap each portion firmly around a marshmallow (size: approximately 5g each).
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200° Celsius for 6 to 8 minutes. Keep a close eye on the oven from around the 6 minute mark to make sure that the marshmallows don't melt too much and come out of their shells. We baked this one a little too long.
6. They are extremely soft right out of the oven, so you will need to let them cool on the baking tray. But, of course, they're delicious right out of the oven as well!

*レシピ*(10個分)
1.薄力粉 105g、ココアパウダー 15g、ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2、塩 ひとつまみを混ぜ合わせる。
2.はちみつ 80g、植物油 40gを入れ混ぜ、ひとまとめにする。
3.10等分にする。(1個あたり23g)
4.マシュマロ(1個あたり5g)をしっかりと包む。
5.200度に予熱したオーブンで6~8分焼く。途中、6分くらいからマシュマロが溶け出しすぎないように様子を見ながら焼いてください。妄想グルメ、今回、焼きすぎました。
6.焼き立てはとっても柔らかいので、天板にのせたまま冷ます。もちろんソッコーで食べてもいいぞ。

The mix of a crispy tart shell with caramel coated banana is delicious! We made a caramel banana tart.
At first, we tried making a caramel banana tart with a different concept in mind, but it completely failed! That is in the second part of the video. We're sorry to the 15 bananas who were lost, but it ended up delicious in the end.
* Recipe * (Fits in an 18 centimeter pie tin)
First, we will make the tart crust.
1. Mix 50 g of room temperature unsalted butter in a bowl.
2. Add 30 g of sugar and stir.
3. Add one egg yolk and continue mixing.
4. Mix in 100 g of soft flour and 20 g of almond powder.
5. Sift the dry ingredients from 4 into the wet ones from step 3 and mix slowly.
6. When it becomes a lump, wrap it in cling film and place in the fridge for an hour.
7. Put an oven sheet in the pie tin.
8. Put 180g of granulated sugar and 70g of water into a pot and heat.
9. Without stirring and heat until boiling, then lower the heat until it becomes your desired caramel color.
10. Sprinkle into step 7, and spread 15g of unsalted butter.
11. Cut the three large banana into approx 1.5cm pieces.
12. Arrange neatly into the tin and add granulated sugar.
13. Roll out the dough to a 5mm thickness, make into a circle and pick it up.
14. Place the dough into the tin.
15. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
16. Take it out from the tin when you can touch it with bare hands. If it's too cold, the caramel will solidify and stick together so try and take it out while it's still a little warm.
17. It's time to eat! It tastes even better with ice cream.

実は当初、全く違うコンセプトの丸ごと一本キャラメルバナナタルトを作りたくて挑戦したのですが、見事に失敗!動画の後半は、その時のものです。15本のバナナさん達、ごめんよ、でも美味しくいただきました。
*レシピ*(18センチ セルクル型)
タルト生地を作ります
1.ボウルに室温に戻した無塩バター 50gを混ぜる。
2.砂糖 30gを入れすり混ぜる。
3.卵黄 1個分を入れ混ぜる。
4.薄力粉 100g、アーモンドパウダー 20gを混ぜる。
5.3に4をふるい入れ、さっくりと混ぜる。
6.ひとまとまりにしてラップに包み、1時間以上冷蔵庫で休ませる。
7.型にオーブンシートを敷く。
8.鍋にグラニュー糖 180g、水 70gを入れ火にかける。
9.かき混ぜないで、そのまま煮詰め、好みのカラメル色の少し手前で火から下ろす。
10.7に流し入れ、無塩バター 15gを散らす。
11.大きめのバナナ 3本を1.5センチほどに切る。
12.10にきっちりと並べる。グラニュー糖をかける。
13.6を5ミリの厚さに伸ばし直径18センチの円に抜き、ピケする。
14.13を12にのせる。
15.180度に予熱したオーブンで25分焼く。
16.素手でさわれるようになったら取り出す。冷めすぎるとカラメルが固まって貼りついてしまうので、少し熱めのときに取り出すのがよいです。
17.いただきます。アイスクリームを添えるとさらに美味しいです。

フリーズドライのストロベリーパウダーにイチゴの粒ジャム、イチゴづくしでいちごパン作りました。牛乳パックを型として使い、あこがれのかわいいキューブ型にしてみました。
クッキーで作った葉っぱをつけたら、あれ・・・柿・・・
でも大丈夫、味は想像以上にイチゴですから!
*レシピ*(7センチのキューブイチゴ 3個分)
1.まず、クッキー生地を作ります。
ボウルに室温に戻した無塩バター 40gを泡立て器で混ぜる。
2.砂糖 30gを加え混ぜる。
3.牛乳 15gを入れ、混ぜる。
4.薄力粉 44g、コーンスターチ 45g、抹茶パウダー 1gを合わせてふるい入れる。
5.生地をひとまとめにし、ラップ等に挟んで6ミリの厚さに伸ばし、冷蔵庫で休ませておく。
6.パン作りに取り掛かります。
強力粉 215g、砂糖 30g、塩 4g、スキムミルク(今回、スキムミルクを切らしていたので、コーヒー用のミルクパウダー)7g、ドライイースト 3g、ぬるま湯(室温の低い日だったので 30度くらい)125gを入れこねる。
2.ザッとひとまとまりになったら、無塩バター 25gを加えこねる。
3.全量 390gからおおよそ200gを取り分ける。丸くまとめ植物油を薄く塗ったボウルに入れる。
4.残りの生地にフリーズドライのストロベリーパウダー 10gを入れて辛抱強くこねる。動画では、少量の水でこねてから加えていますが、そのまま加えたほうがよかったのでは、と後悔しました。いちごフレイバーにこだわらなければ、食用色素でもいいです。
5.ピンク生地も丸くまとめ植物油を薄く塗ったボウルに入る。
6.3と5を30度で40分、生地が2倍くらいになるまで発酵させる(1次発酵)。
7.ガス抜きをする。
8.生地をそれぞれ3等分にし、丸め直す。
9.ぬれぶきんを掛け、15分置く。(ベンチタイム)
10.生地を6✕20センチほどに伸ばし、イチゴの粒ジャム 35gを分けてのせる。
11.白生地の上にピンク生地をのせ、くるくると巻く。
12.牛乳パックを利用して作ったキューブ型にオーブンシートを敷き込む。
13.12に11を入れ、輪ゴムを掛け、35度で40分、生地が1.5倍くらいになるまで発酵させる(2次発酵)。
14.輪ゴムを外し、アルミホイルでピッチリと包む。
15.190度に予熱したをオーブンで20分焼く。
16.熱いうちに型から外す。
17.5を型抜きし、180度に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。
18.アイシングやチョコレートで17を16に貼り付ける。
19.できた。切ってみて。柿じゃないのよ。
We made strawberry bread that is filled with strawberries by making a jam using freeze-dried strawberry powder. We used a milk carton as the mold to make it into a cute cubic shape.
After putting on the leaf made out of cookie, wait... is that a persimmon...? But that's okay, the taste is more 'strawberry' than you can imagine!
*Recipe* (Makes 3 Cubic Strawberries of 7cm)
First, we prepare the cookie dough.
1. Whisk 40 g of unsalted butter that has been left at room temperature.
2. Add 30g of sugar and mix.
3. Add 15g of milk and mix.
4. Sieve 44g of cake flour, 45g of cornstarch, and 1g of green tea powder together.
5. Collect the dough into a lump and stretch it to a thickness of about 6mm before keeping it in the refrigerator.
We will now start to make the bread.
1. Add 125g of lukewarm water (about 30 degrees since the room temperature is quite low today) to 215g of strong flour, 30g of sugar, 4g of salt, 7g of skim milk (we are using milk powder for coffee this time as we could not get skim milk), 3g of dry yeast, and knead.
2. Once all the ingredients are mixed well together, add 25g of unsalted butter and knead.
3. Take about 200g from the total of 390g, round the dough, and place it in a bowl that has been thinly coated with vegetable oil.
4. Put 10g of the freeze-dried strawberry powder into the remaining dough and knead slowly. We added the powder after kneading the dough with a small amount of water in the video, but regretted it as it was better to knead it in just as it is. You can simply use food coloring if you are not particular about having the strawberry flavor.
5. Round the pink dough and place it in a bowl that has been thinly coated with vegetable oil.
6. Leave 3 and 5 at 30 degrees for 40 minutes, and ferment them until they become about double the size (first fermentation).
7. Release the air.
8. Split the dough into three equal portions and make them round.
9. Cover with a wet cloth for 15 minutes (bench time).
10. Extend the dough to about 6 x 20cm, and put 35g of strawberry jam on each of them.
11. Put the pink dough on top of the white dough and roll them up.
12. Use the milk carton to shape them into cubes before putting them onto the oven sheet.
13. Put 11 in 12, attach with rubber bands, and ferment at 35 degrees for 40 minutes until the dough reaches about 1.5 times its size (second fermentation).
14. Remove the rubber bands and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
15. Preheat to 190 degrees and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
16. Remove them from the molds while they are still hot.
17. Shape 5 and bake in an oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
18. Stick 17 to 16 using either icing or chocolate.
19. It's all done. Try it! I guarantee it's not a persimmon.
