法式風情浪漫晚餐@ District 8

這次同男友來到圓方civic square 新開的
一間法國菜「District 8」，入到去環境好有
法式小餐館的感覺，牆身仲畫一大幅巴黎全景的畫，
而且配上柔和的燈光，好有浪漫的氣氛☺️

🐷Pork & Pistachio Terrine fine herb salad $135
豬肉開心果肉凍，配搭特別，
感覺似食較硬身d火腿，比較有口感，風味獨特⭐️，
配上香草沙律同法包，前菜來說，
份量都好多，2人share食都足夠😉👍🏻

💛Charred Cauliflower Vadouvan & smoked yoghurt $110
椰菜花燒香再配上香料醬同煙燻乳酪，
個煙燻乳酪我一試就好鍾意，點上椰菜花食好香口！

🧡Duck Breast，Radicchio puree & blueberries $280
用藍莓配搭出鴨胸鮮味，再加上菊苣蓉，
異國風情口味，果香加鴨肉原來可以咁嶄新🍻

🐮Westholme station Wagyu $270
和牛人人愛，5成熟，淡淡肉送入口中😋，
醬汁味道都好好，配上新鮮炸起熱辣辣嘅薯條，

檸檬撻的撻皮酸酸甜甜，但唔會太酸，
面頭再加上香甜的蛋白霜，不錯呀😉

材料：
消化餅 8，牛油 70g，曲奇牛奶抹醬，士多啤梨 5
士多啤梨 250g，士多啤梨醬 1 tbsp，砂糖 100g，檸檬汁 1 tbsp，冰 10，牛奶 200ml，忌廉 30ml，士多啤梨 1，蘋果薄荷

做法：
1. 將消化餅壓碎，加入牛油，拌勻，
2. 放入撻模，壓成撻狀，加入曲奇牛奶抹醬，冷藏 20分鐘
3. 用細火將士多啤梨，士多啤梨醬，砂糖，檸檬汁煮勻
4. 待涼後，放入杯內，加入冰，牛奶，忌廉，士多啤梨，蘋果薄荷
5. 在撻上加上士多啤梨片做裝飾

▪ INGREDIENTS:
- Cookies & Cream Tart: 8 Digestive Biscuits, 70g Melted Butter, 1 Cookie & Milk Spread, 5 Strawberry
- Strawberry Sauce/Syrup (3 Servings): 250g Strawberry, 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam, 100g Sugar, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 10 Ice Cubes, 200ml Milk, 30ml Whipped Cream, 1 Strawberry
* Garnish: Apple Mint

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Crush 8 (chocolate covered) digestive biscuits in a bowl.
2. Add 55g of melted butter in a bowl and mix it with crushed digestives to make a batter. Butter the tart mold and put the batter in.
3. On shaped tart batter, spread 1 glass of Cookie & Milk spread and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. Mash 250g of sliced strawberries in a pot. Add 1 Tbsp of strawberry jam, 100g of sugar and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Simmer down at low heat.
5. Put 5 strawberries on a cold tart.
6. Pour 100ml of strawberry sauce in a cup and put 10 ice cubes, 200ml of milk and put 30ml of whipped cream on top. Garnish with sliced strawberries and apple mint leaves (not necessary).
