葉怡蘭，一名生活美食作家。她把“享樂”⽴為⼈生⽬標，吃佳餚、品美酒、喝好茶，把評鑒集結成冊， 20年出了17本書。 她的工作與生活緊密結合， 每天從早上9點工作到淩晨2點，每天每餐都不重複。因為要頻繁使用廚房，她和先生改建了住了17年的家， 廚房占了客廳四分之一。#美食 #作家 #建筑
Yeh Yilan, a writer who writes about food and life, has her life goal set as “enjoying it”. Having fine food, fine wine, fine tea, and compiling such experience into 17 books were what she did in the past two decades. Her life and work are closely intertwined. She works 9am to 2am, and has different dishes for every meal. As she spends most of her time in the kitchen, her husband and she transformed their home where they had been living for 17 years, and the new layout features a huge kitchen which equals 1/4 of the living room.
