Spent Sunday evening at the park with friends and all our kids. So much fun just hanging out and working out at the same time. I even jogged while pushing Idris in the @daiichi_malaysia stroller that I got from @happikiddo_ . What a joy it was to discover that this stroller is so steady, that I could jog while pushing him. ✅kalau terlebih gula just minum air kosong lebih and go for a jog afterwards. Buang tenaga and burn those calories!
✅mix sugary cereal with wholegrain and less sweet ones so you can have variety!
✅ have a small bowl to satisfy crabing itew...and 2 glasses of plain water to flush out the excess sugar .. staying sweet tu ok tapi jangan sampai diabetic okay 👌🏼

I find it therapeutic, when I jog through the footages and edit them into vlogs. I find myself appreciate @oldschoolbabyk cheekiness more, more conscious in recording down his daily surprises, and such a joy to be able to replay them over and over again !
I also take the opportunity to instil some values, and hope that there's a little something we can achieve here, together, father and son.

初めてAqua Timezをカバーしましたが、好きなバンドなのでまた歌いたいと思います！
ちなみに、どうしてタイトルが「しおり」になっているのか気になって調べたところ、最後の歌詞では物語がまだ終わっていないので、「今日はここまで」という意味を込めて「しおり」にしたみたいです！ヾ(@゜▽゜@)ノ

The title seems kind of random, but according to the band, it's called "Bookmark" because the story is not yet completely finished with the final lyrics. Interesting!
