✅kalau terlebih gula just minum air kosong lebih and go for a jog afterwards. Buang tenaga and burn those calories!
✅mix sugary cereal with wholegrain and less sweet ones so you can have variety!
✅ have a small bowl to satisfy crabing itew...and 2 glasses of plain water to flush out the excess sugar .. staying sweet tu ok tapi jangan sampai diabetic okay 👌🏼
