I use to think that all I need to do is to work harder to create my artwork, make movies, make music, and be recognized on international stage, and then one day I can become an honor of my country. But in the end, I realized that they don’t even know how to appreciate me and my effort. The police would rather listen to the extremists’ opinions and arrest me without using their professional judgement and sense. All because of a poster. รุ่งระดา สีเหลือง อายุ 4 ปีน้องเป็นมะเร็ง
ที่หน้า เมื่อต้นเดือน มีนาคม 2558 น้องมี
ก้อนเนื้อเล็กๆขึ้นที่ขากรรไกร เป็นมา 2
อาทิตย์ ทำให้คางน้องบวม แม่คิดว่าเป็น
คางทูม จึงพาไปหาหมอ หมอก็ตรวจดู
และได้ฉีดยาละลายหนอง และดูดเอา
หนองออก แต่ก็ยังไม่หายบวม กับบวม
ขึ้นกว่าเดิม หมอก็เลยถอนฟันน้อง คิดว่า
น้องคงอักเสบเพราะฟัน แต่ก็ไม่ดีขึ้นกับ
บวมมากอีกและมีไตขึ้นเป็นก้อนแข็งๆ
หมอจึงตัดก้อนเนื้อไปตรวจ จึงพบว่าเป็น
มะเร็ง จึงส่งไปที่ รพ เด็ก ทาง รพ เด็กก็
ส่งน้องมารักษาที่ขอนแก่น น้องทำคีโม
มา3ครั้ง พอทำคีโมแก้มน้องก็จะยุบ พอ
กลับมาบ้านได้2-3วันก็จะบวมออกมาอีก
ตอนนี้ครอบครัวน้องลำบากมาก รายได้
มาจากพ่อที่ทำงานรับจ้างกรีดยางคน
เดียวเดือนละ7,000-8,000บาท ต้องมี
หนี้มีสินมากมายเพราะต้องพาน้องไปหา
หมอที่จังหวัด เดินทางแต่ละครั้งมีค่าใช้
จ่ายครั้งละ2,000-3,000บาท ที่บ้านก็มี
คนแก่อยู่อีก2-3คนที่ต้องเลี้ยงดู โชคยัง

Before becoming “Lowcostcosplay” I worked in an elderly care facility in 2013 taking care the elders with Alzheimer's disease.

In free time after the working hours I love to explore doing funny/weird thing like folding the towel around my neck and pretending like I am a Spartan warrior or using elderly uniforms/stuffs to cosplay as characters and post those pictures on my Facebook profile.

After some Facebook posts a lot of people on social media started liking my photos and lifestyle and shared my cosplay images throughout Facebook so I decided to create a page and that is how “Lowcostcosplay” was born.

Making the bowls is simple. Wash your balloons, blow them up, dip them in chocolate, wait for the chocolate to dry, and then pop away! Fill them with ice cream for a fun party treat.

*レシピ*（直径6.5センチの風船 5個分 動画内のボウルより小ぶりサイズです）
１．水風船 5個は膨らまし、きれいにしておく。
２．板チョコ 2枚（100g）を60度くらいの湯煎で溶かす。
３．天板などにオーブンシートを敷く。
４．２を３の上に4〜4.5センチほどの円状に広げる。
５．１を２に入れチョコレートを付け、４の上に置く。
６．チョコレートが固まるまで、30分ほど冷蔵庫で冷やす。
７．固まったら、風船を割る。
８．風船を剥がした後、底に穴が空いてしまったらスプーンでチョコレートを垂らし、穴をふさぐ。
９．好みのものを盛りつけていただく。
注）・５でチョコレートが熱すぎると風船が割れて飛び散ります。気をつけてください。
・風船の大きさはメーカーによって様々です。大きさによってチョコレートの量を調整してください。
・ボウル状にするために意外と大量のチョコレートが必要です。半量のチョコレートが余ります。
