Look at that fluff, that crisp, that honey roast hue. Any foodies can appreciate Banh Mi, it's one of those famous food items which crosses boundaries and cultures, survived the ages and trends. A Vietnamese-French baguette simply filled with cold cuts, pate, coriander, meat fat butter, carrots, daikon and a dash of sauce and few shakes of pepper. This delightful Bahn Mi was a treat by our @khiritravel guide. The place already had a queue of people waiting for their baked goodies which was being stuffed at breakneck speed. Delivery men stood by the road, along with tourists who couldn't wait to munch on their Banh Mi à la minute. Frankly it was a good Banh Mi but certainly not my favourite, a little too full of cold cuts which took over the balance of the other fresh and picked ingredients.
