［戈壁250公里7日賽 Day 5 -1］
昨日6/22深夜彥博回報消息：「起跑一開始兩位中國選手就加速和我拉開距離，在第二檢查點前我都看不到他們。前20公里我以穩定配速前進，告訴自己不要急躁。這個時候的氣溫非常高，已達到攝氏38度。到了第三檢查點，我決定最後12公里要一搏，不停下來補給休息，要把時間追回，最終領先其他選手14分鐘到達。保持總成績第一位置!
連續幾天下來，雙腳共有11個大水泡，身體也有點脫水現象。大會醫生為我處理了水泡，希望接下來的三天能夠順利。據說明後兩天的長距離(80公里)，可能會達到高溫40~50度，真不敢想像要怎麼跑…，加油!只剩最後兩站了，終點就在前方!」
The Long March of the Gobi March (China) 2016 started today at 700am. Eighty-eight starters were deep in thought contemplating the Long March ahead of them. The rising sun over Camp 5 was a beautiful sight and also promises a hot day without a cloud in sight. Competitors will traverse 79.8 kilometers, properly getting into the Gobi Desert just after check point two.
今日6/23早上7點鐘88位選手出發，Long March總賽程為79.8公里的連續兩日(Day5~Day6)，超過24小時以上競賽時間，第二檢查點後就會進入沙漠路段，溫度非常的高。

第一站 ， 彥博取得第一名佳績！
以下是彥博透過大會提供給小幫手的資訊：
「 出發的時候中國選手暫時領先，5公里後我超越了他。
起跑時路途有許多岩石和陡升，造成我腳踝小扭傷，希望明天不會影響跑步。
明日的賽道高度到達海拔2738公尺，氣候變化很大，風很大，時有雨。夜晚溫度下降很多，需要做好保暖。」

A competitor said ''The largest sand dune I have ever seen. After a steep climb we ran 2km along the ridge of the dune, with amazing panoramic of the Gobi sands." The next stage will be Stage 2 – In the footsteps of Genghis Khan, will start tomorrow morning at 8:00am, taking competitors through the breath-taking scenery of the Tian Shan mountain range pass.
