Everytime New Year mesti berazam untuk Kurus is one of my top list untuk keberapa belas kali, so many things I did supaya azam tercapai , bermacam jenis produk Dan cara Saya dah cuba ,until on my big day , menangis-nangis Cari baju weeding sana sini, end up Semua baju weeding kena tempah, masa Angkat nikah kain Saya terkoyak Sebab I'm to big!!! From that moment I realized I have to do something and after one month of my marriage I found JOMKURUS#2 by@kevinzahri and atas dorongan team,my coach,husband I manage to lost 20.5kg in 6 weeks and my journey begin ,after that I continue with JOMKURUS#3 I lost another 19kg , in SEASON 4 JOMKURUS I have been selected to become TEAM LEADER Kawasan Cheras,right after JK1M is over one of my participant @azitabaizura had force me to joint NST Body Makeover Challenge for another 3months program. From 100 people I'm the lucky 12 people to be selected and after all my hard work finally I dapat my dream weight 58kg. Ramai org Tanya Kenapa Nak kurus?? Today SCG Muanghtong United kick off their AFC Champions League ambitions with a preliminary round match with Malaysian champions Johor Darul Tazim (JDT), 7:30 pm, at the Thunderdome (SCG) Stadium.
Tickets are still available, and MTUTD fans, and JDT fans, can purchase their seats today at the stadium ticket offices, opening at 12:00 pm.
For the 2016 season Muangthong United have assembled a Thai dream team, featuring 10 stars who either now, or in the past, have represented Thailand in international tournaments and championships. Likewise, JDT are the 2015 Malaysian champions and have a squad strengthened by national team players.
The match promises to be fiercely contested as both teams have set a goal of qualification for the AFC Champions League competition.

If you are extremely overweight, you want to focus on LOW IMPACT exercises and avoid high impact exercises such as jumping or running because it can be extremely stressful on your joints and may cause injuries.
This is a really effective total body low impact workout to help you burn fat, increase your metabolism, increase lean muscles and lose weight.
Exercises
1) Tip Toe Squat
2) Low Impact Burpees
3) Sumo Squat & Heel Touch
4) Kneel to Squat
5) Standing Crunches + Kick
6) Knee Pushup and Tap
7) Reverse Crunches
8) Plank
Sequence: 8 Minutes, 8 Intervals (40secs Workout - 20secs Rest)
Repeat 2 sets
Rest for 1 minute between sets
Total Time: 20 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 200 - 250Cals
Best Results: Do this workout 3 to 4 times weekly on alternate days.
Perform 45 - 60 minutes of low intensity cardio such as speed walking, swimming, cycling or dancing on the other days.
To progress:
- Increase the workout time and reduce the rest time (for instance 50secs workout - 10 secs rest for each exercise)
- Perform 3 - 4 sets and make it a 40-minute workout
- Lift some weights to make it more challenging
*You MUST perform 5 - 10 minutes warm-up before exercising and 5 - 10 minutes stretches after exercising to cool down. This is to avoid injuries, to reduce muscle soreness and speed up your recovery.
