週末的煮婦
白酒、番茄、蛤蜊、大蒜、甜蝦、檸檬、巴西里....腦中想著一道菜，大致上列好清單之後就去採買了
一連下了好幾天的雨讓人悶透了，決定啟動煮婦模式給自己找點事做，今天我想做懶人西班牙海鮮飯！！
一到賣場快速拿好食材，但你知道的女人變心跟扎眼一樣快，看到臘腸與肝腸心都被揪去了，原本的西餐臨時改成中餐，來做「變奏版的一顆番茄飯」:D
洗好兩杯米，將洋蔥、蒜末、鹽與胡椒拌在一起放入電鍋，上頭放兩顆劃了十字刀的牛番茄與菇，擺上辣味臘腸，最後白酒代水豪爽的淋上一杯半，我想未滿十八歲的人吃這頓晚餐應該也不為過吧哈哈哈！
等待之餘幫自己到上一杯白酒點上蠟燭，等電鍋一跳起來蓋子打開，酒氣蒸發只剩下白酒香與濃郁的臘腸香氣馬上竄出來，趁熱快速壓碎番茄並將臘腸切片拌好，盛碗擺盤鋪上清蒸的青花菜增加顏色，再幫自己倒上一杯冰好的白酒，原本無聊的雨天瞬間以滿分的方式完美的結束!
呼～吃飽微醺很過癮，我想我的白酒是放多了，睡意都來了:)

做菜就跟旅行一樣也可以很隨性，沒有絕對的方式也沒有一定的比例，只需一些勇敢和一點感覺跟一點輕鬆，重點是知道什麼樣的方式什麼樣的食材會讓自己最開心，成功就一半了!!
