Saturday screams rest day!

What a bliss to finally have a time out with my friends over coffee today! I was feeling a bit tired this morning from post-workout soreness, but I'm glad that I took #Biotropics #NuFemmeBalance to lift my day up!

I always say that if you can dream something, you can achieve it. In order to achieve success, dedication is required. You need to put in the hours. You need the continuous focus. You need to shift your mindset and attitude to a positive one.

That said, though, I know too well how we can also fall off track due to a lack of rest and low energy levels.
