เป็นอีกครั้งที่การวิ่งพิสูจน์ให้ผมได้เห็นชัดๆเลยว่า เราสามารถเอาชนะตัวเองคนเก่าได้เสมอ เรา level up ได้อีก และทุกครั้งที่ทำได้ มันโคตรรรรฮึกเหิม!!! แล้วไอ้ความรู้สึกฮึกเหิมนี่แหละ เป็นเชื้อเพลิงชีวิตที่ดีสุดๆเลย เพราะในช่วงที่เราเข้าสู่ "โหมดฮึกเหิม" ร่างกายและจิตใจมันจะรู้สึกเหมือนมีพลังวิเศษวิ่งพลุ่งพล่านไปทั่ว (อารมณ์ประมาณร่างซุปเปอร์ไซย่าในดราก้อนบอล 555) ไม่ว่าจะมีอะไรเข้ามาท้าทายเรา เราก็จะพร้อมท้าทายมันกลับไปทันทีเลยว่า "ก็มาดิวะ!!!"

Once again, running has reminded me that you can always beat your old self, you can "level up" more and more, and that every time you do that, it feels so damn great!!! It feels like you're larger than you are. And this feeling is such a great fuel for life. Because your mind and body would feel as if there's some special power rushing through every part of you (almost like a Super Saiyan mode in Dragon Ball LOL). And no matter what challenges you, you'll be ready to challenge it back at once yelling, "Bring it onnn!!!"
