【國際宗教迫害受難者紀念日】
Today is the International Day Commemorating the Victims of Acts of Violence Based on Religion or Belief. #FreedomOfReligion is sometimes taken for granted by Taiwanese people, but elsewhere in the world people aren’t so fortunate, and are oppressed for their faith.
In March of this year Taiwan held the Civil Society Dialogue on Securing Religious Freedom in the Indo-Pacific Region and in July Taiwan was invited to attend the second Ministerial to Advance Religious Freedom in Washington. We’ll continue to fight to uphold human rights, human dignity, cultural diversity and religious freedom.
