Hello Hello! Any Char Siu Fans Out There! 😋😋

My 1st attempt making this BBQ Pork Belly Char Siu. One of the favourite pork dish I love eating but never tried DIY at home. Look good & tasted perfect with a simple salad or zucchini! 🥗🥒

Preparation was just over-night marination & pop them into the oven for grilling for the crispy & char-grilled outer edges I love so much, plus the tender, juicy & moist pork meat on the inside. 🐷🐷

I have them sliced into thin pieces, drizzle over the sweet Char Siu sauce & served with steamed white rice, with vegetable on the side. 🍛🍚🥗
