When Farah Ann appeared on screen at #Tokyo2020 this afternoon, she just lit it up with her JOY of performing 😍
All the other girls before her looked so nervous and uptight, and suddenly there was Farah✨.
It made such a difference that her routine was so well timed to the music, and there was a sense of PERFORMANCE to it. I was watching some of the other performances before her and thinking how they may have benefitted by getting the eye of a director or choreographer. Performance and presentation make such a difference, after all.
But Farah performed with so much HEART today. And that kilowatt smile nailed it. It makes it so enjoyable for us, the audience, when the performer herself finds so much joy in what she does, don't you agree?
