今天就要帶檀香山馬拉松團啟程去夏威夷啦！大家期待嗎？😍 由於參加 Honolulu 馬拉松的跑友有很多人是『初馬』，所以阿靖哥再提點一下初馬的朋友們注意事項囉~👍
❶ 這場賽事沒有時間限制，所以請放鬆心情跑、別給自己壓力。
❷ 夏威夷很熱、氣溫很高（將近 30 度），請大家務必多喝水、使用海綿站的海綿降溫，預防中暑。
❸ 全程只有在17KM與25KM處有提供能量膠（Energy Gel），所以建議大家還是要自己多準備幾包。
❹ 後半程接近中午，海岸線日照強烈，有路跑專用太陽眼鏡的人可戴著。
❺ 跑完可以走到海水裡降溫，舒緩發炎的肌肉。

👉雨衣褲、羽絨衣、手套（半全指各一）、太陽眼鏡、扁帶7米（預備給隊友需要幫助）、瓦斯、爐頭、打火機、蠟燭、頭燈、備用電池、行動電源、急救箱、一公升水、能量膠&棒、軟糖、麵包、防曬油、公司旗子、無線電……
In fact, I also bring a lot of things!
👉Raincoats, down jackets, gloves (half fingers, all fingers), sunglasses, slings 7 meters (prepared for teammates need help), gas, burner, lighter, candle, headlights, backup battery, mobile power, First aid kit, One liter of water, energy gel & bar, soft candy, bread, suntan lotion, company flag, radio...
雖然是輕裝，緊急備用的東西，還是不能少。
還有增加一項：謝謝路上“遇到”超多次的正咩，送我超可愛棒棒糖！❤️

Honestly, I hesitated on posting this (and even filming it) because what I do is so simple ? but after posting the before and after pictures on Instagram, everyone wanted a video so here it is

When it comes to teen or hormonal acne, I try to keep my skincare simple because there are things going on inside of your body that you can't control so I usually just leave it alone and it goes away after a week (picking at it is the worst thing you can do)! That's why my skincare routine is pretty simple ? + it helps to have a simple routine when you're a teen because you don't need to be spending $1000 on essence, serums, etc. ?
After I started exfoliating, all of my forehead bumps went away within 3 days and the dark spots took about a month to disappear.
Also apologies again for the quality and skin filter in this video! I had to scrap the footage from my DSLR because there was a ticking sound whenever I tried to talk into the mic.. if anyone knows how to fix that please lmk ・゜・(ノД`)
a common misconception is that you have to use more products to clear acne and that's just not true. I believe in using as little products as possible and following a very simple skincare routine ₍₍ (ง ˙ω˙)ว ⁾⁾ Sometimes your skin just needs a little help and putting too much on it can be overwhelming and more harmful than beneficial!
