【回應越南網民疑慮批評 東亞及東南亞團結對抗中共掘起】

Xin chào các bạn Việt Nam: Hôm qua, mình đã sử dụng thuật ngữ "khỉ Việt Nam" trong bài đăng trên Facebook của mình. Mình có ý đó là mỉa mai, vì những người theo chủ nghĩa dân tộc Trung Quốc luôn sử dụng thuật ngữ phân biệt chủng tộc chống lại mình. Mình không bao giờ có ý định xúc phạm các bạn. Mình xin lỗi vì sự hiểu lầm và đã loại bỏ thuật ngữ trong bài viết của mình. Mình biết nhiều người Việt Nam yêu tự do từ lâu đã ủng hộ Hồng Kông. Chúng tôi nên cùng nhau đấu tranh cho dân chủ!

本文原意為以日本河童和越南猴子等小粉紅曾使用的字眼，反諷喜歡侮辱我的中國網民；怎料激起越南網友以為我有意詆毁他們，其實我完全沒有這個意思，在此向各位越南人致歉，我也為免誤會，經已在此帖刪除越南此一字詞。

又另外，就著經常被指稱為越南人一事，其實我作為土生土長，於香港出生的香港人，自己家族四代也與越南沒有任何淵源，族譜裏據悉也沒有人曾在越南出生或在當地工作⋯⋯

不過縱然如此，在抵抗威權的戰線上，我也非常希望與東亞地區的朋友一起努力，尤其是不管香港還是越南等東南亞國家還是香港，在過去也深深感受到中國勢力擴張帶來的負面影響，我們定必團結一致對抗暴政。

最後奉勸小粉紅們，不要再以為抵毀我作越南人會有甚麼作用了，這只是說明從牆來出征的網民，只是在玩弄種族主義，反映質素何其低劣 :)

ฮ่องกงเคยเป็นเมืองที่เป็นผู้นำของภูมิภาคเอเชียในทุกๆ ด้าน
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านเศรษฐกิจ การท่องเที่ยว หรือแม้แต่ด้านบันเทิง

มังกรหยก หลิวเต๋อหัว เฉินหลง ถ้าย้อนกลับไป 20 ปีก่อน เราคนไทยน่าจะรู้จักกันทุกคนไม่แพ้ K-POP หรือ ดาราฮอลลีวูด ในสมัยนี้

จุดหมายการท่องเที่ยวอันดับหนึ่งของคนไทย
ถ้าถามคนสมัยก่อนว่า เดินทางไปเที่ยวต่างประเทศเป็นครั้งแรก
เราจะไปที่ไหน?
คำตอบแรกคือ “ฮ่องกง”

แต่ในวันนี้ทุกอย่างได้เปลี่ยนไป
จนรู้ตัวอีกที
ฮ่องกงในวันนี้ อาจไม่ได้เป็นฮ่องกงคนเดิมที่เรารู้จัก
ฮ่องกงในวันนี้ มองไปทางไหนก็ไม่สดใสเหมือนเดิม
ฮ่องกงในวันนี้ เริ่มไม่ได้เป็นผู้นำเอเชียในทุกด้านเหมือนวันก่อน

แล้วที่ผ่านมาคนฮ่องกงเจออะไร
คนฮ่องกงเก่งน้อยลง
หรือ คนประเทศอื่นเก่งมากขึ้น
หรือ มันมีอะไรบางอย่างซ่อนอยู่ ที่ทำให้ฮ่องกงเดินทางมาถึงจุดนี้
จุดที่ทุกอย่างพร้อมจะพังทลายลง

เรามาหาความจริงกัน
ฮ่องกง คือเมืองที่มีตึกระฟ้ามากที่สุดในโลก มี 1,300 ตึก ที่สูงมากกว่า 100 เมตร (100 เมตรคือประมาณ 30 ชั้น)

ฮ่องกง คือเมืองที่มีคนรวย 2 คน ติดอันดับรวยที่สุดในโลก 25 คนแรก โดยธุรกิจหลักของพวกเขาคือ อสังหาริมทรัพย์

ฮ่องกง คือเมืองที่มีราคาบ้านเพิ่ม 2 เท่าภายใน 5 ปี
และแพงอันดับ 2 ของโลก รองจากโมนาโก
ห้องขนาด 30 ตารางเมตรในฮ่องกง มีราคา 50 ล้านบาท
ด้วยราคาขนาดนี้สามารถซื้อบ้านหรูในประเทศไทยได้

ที่ผ่านมา ฮ่องกงดูเป็นที่สุดในโลกในทุกด้าน
แต่การเป็นที่สุด
ย่อมแลกมาด้วยสิ่งที่ทำให้ ฮ่องกง เป็นหนึ่งในเมืองที่มีความแตกต่างระหว่างคนรวย กับ คนชั้นกลางมากที่สุดในโลก
ซึ่งสิ่งนั้นเรียกว่า ความเหลื่อมล้ำ..

จริงๆ แล้วความเหลื่อมล้ำเป็นแค่เชื้อเพลิงที่สะสม ถ้าไม่มีใครมาจุดไฟมันก็คงไม่เกิดอะไร
เชื้อเพลิงมันก็กองกันอยู่อย่างนั้น

แต่ถ้าวันใดวันหนึ่ง มีคนมาจุดชนวน ทุกอย่างก็จะกลายเป็นไฟ ลุกโชติช่วงแบบไม่ดับลงง่ายๆ
เหมือนภาพที่เราเห็นกันอยู่ทุกวันนี้

และชนวนที่สำคัญก็คือ ประเด็นการส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดน..
ใครจะไปคิดว่า ตัวจุดชนวนนี้คือ เรื่องฆาตกรรมของคนเพียงคนเดียว ที่เกิดขึ้นบนเกาะไต้หวัน..

ย้อนกลับไป 9 เดือนที่แล้ว
เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ปี 2019 เมื่อคู่รักฮ่องกงคู่หนึ่งเดินทางไปเที่ยวไต้หวัน
แต่ฝ่ายชายกลับฆ่าฝ่ายหญิงที่ไต้หวัน และ เดินทางกลับมาที่ฮ่องกงโดยที่ไม่มีใครจับได้

ต่อมาผู้ชายถูกจับตัวได้ที่ฮ่องกง แต่ตำรวจฮ่องกงไม่สามารถตั้งข้อหาได้ เพราะเหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นที่ไต้หวัน
ขณะที่ทั้งฮ่องกงและไต้หวัน ไม่มีสนธิสัญญาว่าด้วยการส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดนระหว่างกัน จึงไม่สามารถส่งตัวคนผิดไปดำเนินคดีที่ไต้หวัน

พอเรื่องเป็นแบบนี้ คณะผู้บริหารฮ่องกงจึงเสนอร่างกฎหมายเพื่อที่จะส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดนไปยังไต้หวัน

แต่เรื่องนี้กลับกลายใหญ่โตขึ้น เพราะร่างกฎหมายนี้ ดันรวมไปถึงการส่งตัวผู้ทำผิดไปประเทศจีนด้วย

ซึ่งประเด็นนี้ทำให้ชาวฮ่องกงไม่พอใจ และออกมาชุมนุมประท้วงนับแต่นั้นเป็นต้นมา

ทางคณะผู้บริหารฮ่องกงเองได้ยกเลิกสนธิสัญญาส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดนไปแล้ว แต่หลังจากนั้น ข้อเรียกร้องยกระดับเป็นการให้ แคร์รี หล่ำ ผู้ว่าฮ่องกง ลาออก เลยไปจนถึงการเรียกร้องให้มีการเลือกตั้งที่เป็นประชาธิปไตย

แม้ว่าปัจจุบันฮ่องกงมีสิทธิในการปกครองตนเองอย่างอิสระ ซึ่งสามารถดำเนินนโยบายทางการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ และกฎหมายได้โดยตนเอง

แต่ในอนาคต ปี 2047 หรืออีก 28 ปี ข้างหน้า ฮ่องกงมีกำหนดส่งอำนาจการปกครองคืนให้จีน

ผู้คนที่ออกมาชุมนุมมีมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในกลุ่มวัยหนุ่มสาว มาจากบุคคลหลากวิชาชีพ ตั้งแต่ นักศึกษา ครู นักกฎหมาย ไปจนถึงพนักงานในสายการบิน ซึ่งการประท้วงได้ยกระดับไปถึงการปิดสนามบิน การกีดขวางขนส่งมวลชน ไปจนถึงการทำลายร้านค้า อาคาร และทำร้ายผู้ไม่เห็นด้วยกับการชุมนุม

ส่วนผู้ที่ต่อต้านการชุมนุมก็มีเช่นกัน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่จะมีอายุที่มากกว่า หรือเป็นนักธุรกิจ

ย้อนดูประวัติศาสตร์ฮ่องกง
ค.ศ. 1898 สงครามฝิ่นเป็นจุดเริ่มของเรื่องราวทั้งหมด

อังกฤษได้ครอบครองฮ่องกงจากจีนแบบเสรีนิยมเป็นเวลา 99 ปี ด้วยนโยบายการค้าเสรีทำให้ฮ่องกงกลายเป็นเมืองท่า ศูนย์กลางเศรษฐกิจและการเงินของโลก

ค.ศ. 1997 หรืออีก 99 ปีถัดมา อังกฤษได้ส่งมอบฮ่องกงคืนให้กับจีน

รัฐบาลปักกิ่งได้ตกลงให้ปกครองฮ่องกงด้วยนโยบาย หนึ่งประเทศ สองระบบ ไปอีก 50 ปี เพื่อให้เศรษฐกิจ ธุรกิจ ดำเนินไปเหมือนเดิม ยกเว้นเรื่องการทหารและการต่างประเทศ ที่รัฐบาลปักกิ่งเป็นผู้ดูแล

เรามาดูความจริงที่เกิดขึ้นกัน

คนฮ่องกง 3.5 ล้านคนที่มีสิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้ง ไม่ได้ออกเสียงเลือกตั้งผู้บริหารเขตฮ่องกง

โดยที่ผ่านมา ผู้บริหารเขตฮ่องกงมาจากการเลือกโดยคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง 1,200 คน ซึ่งถูกเลือกมาจากกลุ่มคนจำนวนน้อยที่ถูกวิจารณ์ว่าเป็นผู้แทนของนักธุรกิจและรัฐบาลปักกิ่ง และการแต่งตั้งผู้บริหารเขตฮ่องกงก็ต้องได้รับการเห็นชอบจากรัฐบาลปักกิ่ง

ปัจจุบัน ฮ่องกงเป็นตลาดทุนอันดับ 3 ของโลก มีมูลค่าตลาดรวมกันทั้งหมด 170 ล้านล้านบาท หรือใหญ่กว่าตลาดหลักทรัพย์ไทย 10 เท่า

แต่ภายใต้เศรษฐกิจที่ดูดี ราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ นโยบายที่ดินและสวัสดิการบ้านของรัฐบาลฮ่องกง เอื้อต่อนักธุรกิจ ทำให้ราคาที่พักสูงเกินที่คนฮ่องกงทั้งระดับล่างและระดับกลางจะซื้อได้ และนั่นทำให้คนฮ่องกงทั่วไปรู้สึกว่าตัวเขาเองใช้ชีวิตอยู่ลำบากในเมืองที่เขาเกิดมา

โดยเฉพาะคนรุ่นใหม่ที่ไม่มีโอกาสจะลืมตาอ้าปากเป็นผู้ได้รับผลกระทบมากที่สุด และนั่นก็เป็นสาเหตุที่ผู้ประท้วงส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนหนุ่มสาว

หนึ่งประเทศ สองระบบ หรือทุนนิยมที่ฮ่องกงอยากได้ กลับกลายเป็นสิ่งที่เชิดชูคนรวย และทำร้ายคนชั้นกลางในฮ่องกง

ทั้งปัญหาเศรษฐกิจ ความเหลื่อมล้ำ ราคาบ้านที่สูงเกินเอื้อม
ไปจนถึงความกลัวว่าจะถูกรัฐบาลริดรอนเสรีภาพที่เคยมี
เมื่อมองไปทางไหนก็รู้สึกท้อแท้ และ สิ้นหวัง
หนทางเดียวที่มีอยู่ของคนฮ่องกง ก็คือการชุมนุม การประท้วง จนกว่าทุกอย่างจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง อย่างน้อยขอให้มีการเลือกตั้งแบบ 1 คนต่อ 1 เสียง (Universal Suffrage)

แต่ยิ่งประท้วงมากเท่าไร ก็ยิ่งเป็นการทำร้ายเศรษฐกิจของตัวเองมากขึ้นทุกที
ทั้งภาคการเงิน การท่องเที่ยว

ฮ่องกงกำลังจะสูญเสียอะไรไปบ้าง?

นอกจากการที่ฮ่องกงเข้าสู่ภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอยอย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว
Morgan Stanley คาดการณ์ว่า GDP ของฮ่องกงในปี 2019 จะหดตัว 0.8%

การส่งออกในไตรมาสที่ 3 ของปี 2019
ลดลงจากช่วงเวลาเดียวกันของปีที่แล้ว 7%
ซึ่งเป็นการหดตัวมากที่สุดในรอบ 10 ปี

ส่วนจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติในเดือนสิงหาคมลดลง 34% เมื่อเทียบกับช่วงเวลาเดียวกันของปีที่แล้ว

ถึงแม้ว่าตอนนี้ฮ่องกงยังครองตำแหน่งศูนย์กลางการเงินอันดับ 1 ของเอเชีย
แต่ท่ามกลางสถานการณ์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่ย่ำแย่ ตำแหน่งนี้กำลังถูกสั่นคลอนโดยสิงคโปร์ คู่แข่งที่ตามมาติดๆ ในอันดับ 2 และเซี่ยงไฮ้ซึ่งอยู่ในอันดับ 3

Goldman Sachs คาดการณ์ว่า ท่ามกลางความไม่แน่นอนทางการเมืองของฮ่องกง
นักลงทุนอาจหอบเงินกว่า 120,000 ล้านบาท หนีไปลงทุนที่สิงคโปร์

ส่วน Bloomberg คาดการณ์ว่า มูลค่าหุ้นที่เข้ามาระดมทุนของตลาดหุ้นเซี่ยงไฮ้ มีแนวโน้มจะแซงหน้าตลาดหุ้นฮ่องกงในปีนี้

ยังไม่รวมห้างร้านหลายแห่งที่ต้องปิดตัวลง เพราะไม่สามารถขนส่งสินค้าเข้ามาในร้านได้
โรงแรมที่ซบเซาลงจากจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่ลดลง
ระบบขนส่งมวลชนที่เป็นอัมพาตจากการกีดขวางการจราจร

การประท้วงที่เพิ่มระดับความรุนแรงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จนกลายเป็นการก่อการร้าย
ทั้งขว้างปาก้อนอิฐ ก่อสิ่งกีดขวางการจราจร
ทำร้ายผู้คนที่ไม่เห็นด้วย เผาทำลายอาคารสถานที่ต่างๆ

แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม
ฮ่องกงซึ่งไม่มีทั้งกองกำลังทหารและอาวุธเป็นของตัวเอง

ยิ่งการประท้วงเพิ่มระดับความรุนแรงมากขึ้นเท่าไหร่
ก็ยิ่งเพิ่มความชอบธรรมให้รัฐบาลฮ่องกงขอรับการสนับสนุนกองกำลังทหารจากจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ โดยที่ความขัดแย้งระหว่างฮ่องกงและจีน ถือเป็นกิจการภายใน ซึ่งต่างชาติก็ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าไปแทรกแซง

นั่นหมายความว่า ในทางกฎหมาย “การแยกประเทศ” ของชาวฮ่องกง คือสิ่งที่เป็นไปได้ยากมาก..

แต่จนถึงวันนี้ จุดยืนของรัฐบาลจีนต่อการประท้วง ก็คือการปล่อยให้คนฮ่องกงแก้ปัญหานี้กันเอง

ฮ่องกงซึ่งครั้งหนึ่งเคยมีความสำคัญ เป็นประตูสู่การลงทุนของจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่
ปี 1997 ฮ่องกงมีขนาดเศรษฐกิจคิดเป็น 18.4% ของ GDP ประเทศจีน
ปี 2018 ฮ่องกงมีขนาดเศรษฐกิจคิดเป็น 2.7% ของ GDP ประเทศจีน

ในวันนี้ เมืองใหญ่ต่างๆ ของจีน ต่างพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจจนมีขนาด GDP แซงหน้าฮ่องกงไปแล้ว
ทั้ง เซี่ยงไฮ้ ปักกิ่ง เซินเจิ้น ส่วนกว่างโจว และเทียนจิน กำลังจะแซงหน้าในเร็วๆ นี้

ความสำคัญในทางเศรษฐกิจของฮ่องกงต่อประเทศจีน กำลังลดระดับลงเรื่อยๆ
น่าคิดว่า ยิ่งการประท้วงในฮ่องกงยืดเยื้อเท่าไหร่ สุดท้ายผู้ที่ได้รับความเสียหายก็คือคนฮ่องกงเอง

ในปี ค.ศ. 2047 หรืออีก 28 ปี ข้างหน้า เมื่อครบ 50 ปีของการปกครองแบบหนึ่งประเทศ สองระบบ ทุกอย่างจะเปลี่ยนไป

- ฮ่องกงจะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ มณฑลกวางตุ้ง หนึ่งใน 23 มณฑลของจีน
- ดอลลาร์ฮ่องกง พาสปอร์ตฮ่องกง จะเป็นอดีต
- คนฮ่องกง 7.5 ล้านคน จะรวมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของคนจีน 1,400 ล้านคน

แน่นอนว่าคนฮ่องกงที่ประท้วงไม่อยากให้เป็นแบบนั้น และไม่ว่าการประท้วงที่ยาวนานครั้งนี้จะมีจุดจบเช่นไร เรื่องนี้ทำให้นึกถึงสิ่งที่ เรย์ ดาลิโอ ผู้เขียนหนังสือ Principles ได้กล่าวไว้เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ว่า
“โลกกำลังบ้าคลั่ง และ ระบบกำลังพัง”

ทั้งๆ ที่ตัวเขาเองเป็นผู้บริหารกองทุนเฮดจ์ฟันที่ใหญ่สุดในโลก และคุ้นเคยกับโลกทุนนิยม
แต่เขาบอกว่า ระบบทุนนิยม แบบเดิมซึ่งเราเชื่อกันว่า จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อคนส่วนมากในที่สุด
อาจใช้ไม่ได้อีกต่อไป..

เพราะระบบกำลังให้รางวัลกับคนรวย และทิ้งห่างคนส่วนใหญ่ไปเรื่อยๆ ในขณะที่คนที่เหลือไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้เลย

ระบบนี้จะไม่เสถียร ระบบนี้จะพังลงในที่สุด
และโลกนี้กำลังดำเนินเข้าสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งใหญ่ในเวลาอันใกล้

หลายคนอาจจะไม่เชื่อว่าทุนนิยมมันจะพังได้อย่างไร ในเมื่อเราคุ้นเคยกันมานาน
แต่ดูเหมือนว่ามันอาจได้เริ่มต้นขึ้นแล้ว บนเกาะเล็กๆ แห่งหนึ่งของโลกที่ชื่อว่า ฮ่องกง..

On 7 November 2015, Ma Ying-jeou (in his capacity as Leader of Taiwan) and Xi Jinping (in his capacity as Leader of Mainland China) travelled to Singapore and met up, marking the highest-level exchange between the two sides since 1949.

The PRC supports a version of the One-China policy, which states that Taiwan and mainland China are both part of China, and that the PRC is the only legitimate government of China. It uses this policy to prevent the international recognition of the ROC as an independent sovereign state, meaning that Taiwan participates in international forums under the name "Chinese Taipei". With the emergence of the Taiwanese independence movement, the name "Taiwan" has been employed increasingly often on the island.

“Are you helping or harming us?” This is my serious question to you American politicians, including those in the Trump administration and in the Congress. As the spokesperson for the New Party, one of Taiwan’s political parties, and also a young man who has lived in Taiwan for more than 32 years since my birth, I should tell you that the answer decides our future without doubt. In other words, the very fact I must confirm is whether you support Taiwan independence instead of the One-China policy or just deploy Taiwan as your pawn to bargain with Beijing. To be honest, as you always take it for granted to sacrifice others for your benefits, it is quite important for us to make sure in advance.

As we all know, the US Congress usually tends to challenge China’s sovereignty over Taiwan because of the impact of the military-industrial complex and the lobbies hired by the Taiwan government. The Taiwan Travel Act and the TAIPEI Act are the late instances. However, without the administration’s implementation, these are only lip service. Thus, the administration’s attitude is crucial indeed. So, let’s see the Department of State. As Secretary Pompeo stated last March, the US is now using every tool in its tool kit to prevent China from isolating Taiwan through diplomatic channels. This year, after shifting blames for its neglect of the pandemic prevention by attacking China and the WHO, the Department of State recently expressed support for Taiwan’s participation in the WHA. The above really triggered my curiosity: The establishment of the US-Taiwan formal diplomatic relations is just the most useful tool, isn’t it? Why does the US not use that? Besides, since Taiwan should become a formal member of the UN before entering the WHO, why does the US not recognize Taiwan as a sovereign state or the ROC government in Taiwan as the only legal government of China instead of the PRC?

The answer to my question seems that your real intention is not to support Taiwan’s real independence but only to trouble Beijing. Just as Pompeo said at a congressional hearing, the Trump administration’s way of viewing the US-Taiwan relations can consider the threat of China’s rise more than the predecessors, which reveals that Taiwan is only a chess piece for Washington to play with Beijing. Furthermore, since the US has no will to have Taiwan as a formal ally, Taiwan is just a pawn you can sacrifice anytime. Consequently, Taiwan must suffer the worsening of cross-strait relations at our own cost while the US just plays Taiwan to bargain with Beijing for your own interests. The outcome is so predictable that Taiwan should go through a depression for its large economic dependence on mainland China which you are unable and unwilling to make up. Besides, we should even consider the most serious situation that a war occurs in the Taiwan Strait. The scenario of Taiwan military is holding on alone within two to three weeks in order to wait for the US military aid. Nevertheless, as the former AIT chairman Richard Bush said, the implied commitment of the US to come to Taiwan’s defense has never be absolute. In other words, we should risk engaging a war with Beijing resulted from your dangerous game, sacrificing our lives for your lies.

As I already told you earlier, the real threat to the US is not China’s rise but the loss of your self-confidence. Moreover, you have weakened the stability across the Taiwan Strait by inciting Taiwan to deny the 1992 consensus and intervening in Taiwan’s campaign last year, which destroys the status quo and your interests indeed. Certainly, as what Secretary Pompeo has told us, “We lied, we cheated, we stole,” how can we bet our future on the US “glory” of lying, cheating, and stealing? In fact, as you once betrayed us in 1978 even though the ROC government in Taiwan and your government was formal alliance then, it is much easier for you today to abandon us when the deal has been done.

In conclusion, as your government declared plainly in the U.S.-PRC Joint Communique (1972), the US had its interests in a peaceful settlement of the Taiwan question by the Chinese themselves. Accordingly, since you are not willing to recognize either Taiwan as an independent state or the ROC as the legal government of China, we have no choice but to deal with the question of reunification with Beijing by the Chinese ourselves. Helping instead of harming us, you could stop intervening in the Taiwan question, otherwise it will only strengthen the risk across the Taiwan Strait and put us in jeopardy.
