📚 #台灣 與 #美國 為協助區域國家能力建構、加強多邊合作及提升台灣與理念相近國家的實質關係，雙方於2015年成立GCTF合作平台。5年來已舉辦24場國際研習營，邀請來自39個國家，超過600位相關領域政府官員及專家與會，成果豐碩。去年 #日本 以「正式夥伴」(full partner) 身分加入GCTF，#瑞典 及 #澳洲 等國也陸續參與合辦，共同為全球繁榮發展做出貢獻。
GCTF is on its way to #LatinAmerica! #Guatemala will host the inaugural Global Cooperation and Training Framework international workshop in Latin America and the #Caribbean, in collaboration with #Taiwan, #Japan:jp:, and the #US:us:. The workshop will focus on #COVID19 pandemic-prevention cooperation, the digital economy, digital infrastructure, #CyberSecurity, #WomensEmpowerment and #5G technology. MOFA vice-minister Miguel Tsao made an official announcement on the upcoming event in Spanish in the video below, in which he stated the importance of the region for Taiwan's diplomatic relations and his desire that the successes of the partnership can be extended to our diplomatic allies and friends in the region, in light of the support they have given to Taiwan's participation in international organizations.

#Guatemala, en colaboración con #Taiwán, #Japón y #EEUU, será el país anfitrión del taller internacional inaugural del Marco Global de Cooperación y Capacitación (GCTF, siglas en inglés) en #Latinoamérica y el #Caribe. El taller se centrará en la cooperación destinada a prevenir la pandemia de #COVID19, la economía digital, la infraestructura digital, la #ciberseguridad, el empoderamiento de la mujer y la tecnología #5G. El viceministro del MOFA, Miguel Tsao, hizo un anuncio oficial sobre dicho evento en el siguiente video en español. En este, Tsao pone de relieve la importancia de dicha región para las relaciones diplomáticas de Taiwán y expresa su deseo de que los éxitos de la asociación del GCTF puedan extenderse a los aliados diplomáticos y países de ideas afines en la región, s iguiendo la estela del apoyo brindado por estos a la participación de Taiwán en organizaciones internacionales. #RealFriendsRealProgress #VivaGCTF
